ELC registration begins in March

The Douglas Unified School District's Early Learning Center will begin registration for the 2005-2006 school year on Friday, March 4, from 9 -11 a.m. and noon -3 p.m., at the ELC, 1100 15th St. and will continue every Friday until capacity is met.


Children need to be 3 or 4 years-old by August 31st and potty trained.

The documents required for registration are: three proofs of residency, original birth certificate, and current immunization record. Two contact names with different phone numbers and addresses are also needed. Only parents who bring all required information will be able to register.

Parents who currently have a child enrolled at the ELC who want to register for next year, just need to come in and fill out a new registration form.

Our program is income based according to qualification for the free and reduced lunch program, but we are allowed to include a few students who do not meet this requirement.
