Police Report

May 27, 2006 Arrests Francisco R. Rascon, 04/30/87, of Tucson, Juan O. Montano, 01/18/82 of Douglas and Heriberto Sierra, 05/08/87, also of Douglas, were arrested at the Gadsden Hotel. Rascon and Montano were charged with hindering prosecution and false info to law enforcement. Sierra was charted with aggravated assault, endangerment and possession of a stolen firearm. All subjects were transported to the Cochise County jail.
