William Edward Manues Jr., 68, was traveling southbound less than a mile from the Highway 80 and 191 intersection.
For some reason, Manues went off the road, hit a culvert, and rolled over one time, said Officer B. Bullar of the Department of Public Safety.
As of yet, it is not clear how Manues died. It is still unknown if he was wearing his seatbelt.
Alcohol was not a factor
