Santa landing in Douglas Saturday to visit children

Santa Claus welcomes all kids to visit with him this Saturday at the Christmas Palace Douglas Station at Castro Park.

The kids will also have a chance to play in the snow

The City of Douglas will have a snow-making machine that can produce an inch of snow in about an hour.

The Christmas Palace will have more than 50 Christmas themed light exhibits, Cota said.

Santa will be available on Saturday at 10 a.m. He will begin to take photograph with the children at 11a.m.

Santa will appear at Castro Park only on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3p.m. Photo with Santa will be $5.

The Douglas Little League will be selling hamburgers with soda and chips for $5.

The city will also sponsor a hay ride tour for 25 cents.

This will be the fourth year that the city has sponsored the Christmas Palace.
