College musicians to perform spring concerts

The Cochise College Band & Jazz Ensemble and the Cochise College Choir will bring spring concerts to various locations around the county in April and May. All performances are free and open to the public.


The band and jazz ensemble, under the direction of Mike Kuhn, will perform its program - "A Spring Concert" at:

€ 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 25, in conjunction with the Bisbee High School band at the high school

€ 7 p.m. Thursday, May 3 at the Ethel Berger Center in Sierra Vista

The choir, under the direction of Sunny Fichtl and accompanied by Judy Wilkins, will put on five performances of Zoobilee: De Animals a 'Comin. Performances are scheduled for:

€ 7 p.m. Friday, April 27 at the Cochise College Benson Center, 1025 State Route 90

€ 3 p.m. Saturday, April 28 at Sonoita Elementary School

€ 7 p.m. Friday, May 4 at the Douglas Presbyterian Church, 1020 D Avenue

€ 3 p.m. Saturday, May 5 at Sierra Vista Community United Church of Christ

€ 3 p.m. Sunday, May 6 at St. Patrick Church, Bisbee
