ARRESTS

Flor Arias 6/14/86 was arrested at Denny's for two counts of Criminal Trespass. Arias was cited and released.

Miguel A. Herrera 7/17/85 was arrested at Denny's for Criminal Trespass. Herrera was cited and released.

Carlos Quijada 4/6/67 was arrested for Driving on a Suspended License. Quijada was cited and released.

Ruben Martinez 6/18/67 was arrested for Disorderly Conduct. Martinez was transported to the Cochise County Jail.

Juan Valenzuela 3/11/88 was arrested for Possession of Marijuana. Valenzuela was transported to the Cochise County Jail.

A non-injury accident was reported at the H&R Block parking lot.

Domestic Violence was reported at 430 E. Avenue.

Counterfeit Currency was reported at Wal-Mart.

April 7, 2007

ARRESTS

Liliana Moreno 11/14/85 was arrested at 13th St. and G Avenue for Possession of Narcotics. Moreno was cited and released.

Jeffrey Christopher Brattain 9/8/81 was arrested at the U.S. Port of Entry on a warrant. Brattain posted the $700.00 bond and was released.

Paul Hernandez 1/22/80 was arrested at the 1000 block of 12th St. on a warrant out of Bisbee, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Aggravated Assault, and on a warrant out of CCSO. Hernandez was transported to the Cochise County Jail.

Jose Luis Jimenez 12/12/75 was arrested at 1314 D Avenue for Disorderly Conduct. Jimenez was cited and released.

Criminal Damage and Attempted Theft was reported at 88 W. 5th St.

ARRESTS

Leonardo Salazar 7/17/81 was arrested at the 1700 block of A Avenue for Driving on a Suspended License. Salazar was cited and released.

A non-injury accident was reported at 8th St. and Los Angeles.

OTHERS

Criminal Damage was reported at 340 G Avenue. A steel ball was thrown through the business window.

A report was taken for an accidental discharge of a weapon at E Avenue and International. A Border Patrol Agent accidentally discharged his duty weapon as he tried to clean soda off of it.

Criminal Damage to a vehicle was reported at 2165 Hohokam.

Criminal Damage to a vehicle was reported at 1301 Florida #201.

Harassment and Threats was reported at 1200 F Avenue.

April 9, 2007

ARRESTS

Cesar Antonio Salas 10/17/78 was arrested at the U.S. Port of Entry on a warrant out of Maricopa County for Failure to Appear on Resisting Arrest, DV-Assault, DV-Disorderly Conduct, and DV-Threats. Salas was transported to the Cochise County Jail.

ACCIDENTS

A hit & run accident was reported at 8th St. and E Avenue.

OTHERS

Aggravated Criminal Damage was reported at 10th St. and D Ave.

An information report was taken at 843 2nd St.

An information report was taken at 1310 6th St.

April 10, 2007

ARRESTS

David Altamirano was arrested at 10th St. and Airport Rd for Driving on a Suspended License. Altamirano was cited and released.

Marco A. Galaz 6/18/75 was arrested at 622 H Avenue for DV-Assault. Galaz was transported to the Cochise County Jail.

Pablo Gutierrez-Velasquez 8/20/80 was arrested at the 1600 block of 10th St. for Driving on a Suspended License. Gutierrez was cited and released.

JUVENILE ARRESTS

A male juvenile was arrested at Wal-Mart for Shoplifting.

ACCIDENTS

A non-injury accident was reported at the 900 block of 6th St.

OTHERS

Found Property was reported at 1325 9th St.

Found Property was reported at 17th St. and Carmelita Avenue.

Theft of a bike was reported at Huber Middle School.

April 11, 2007

ARRESTS

Sergio Adrian Hoyos 5/12/73 was arrested at JP#2 on a warrant out of CCSO for Child Support. Hoyos was transported to the Cochise County Jail.

Ranger Ramirez 2/27/80 was arrested at SEAMC for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Narcotics and Possession of Marijuana. Ramirez was transported to the Cochise County Jail.

Victor Campoy 9/3/80 was arrested at 20th St. and A Avenue for Driving on a Suspended License. Campoy was cited and released.

Jose Antonio Estrada 6/14/61 was arrested at 20th St. and A Avenue on two warrants. The first was out of Pima County for Failure to Appear on False Reporting and the second was out of DPD for Failure to Appear on Driving on a Suspended License.

Tracy Meraz 9/1/84 was arrested at 20th St. and A Avenue on a warrant out of DPD for Failure to Pay Fines on Possession of Marijuana. Meraz was transported to the Cochise County Jail.

JUVENILE ARRESTS

A male juvenile was arrested at the 200 block of 20th St. for Driving on a Suspended License. The juvenile was cited and released to his mother.

ACCIDENTS

A hit & run accident was reported at 6th St. and Bonita Avenue.

OTHERS

Theft from a vehicle was reported at 1301 Florida Avenue.

A Burglary was reported at 1307 F Avenue.

Domestic Violence was reported at 528 5th St.
