A Tucson man was arrested at the Douglas Port of Entry Monday in connection with a possible homicide in Tucson.

Cesar Alfredo Huasica-Imperial, 20, was identified at the port by customs inspectors at about 4:30 p.m., said Marcus Gonzales, the spokesman for the Douglas Police Department.

A $1million warrant had been posted on Imperial, Gonzales said.

Imperial was wanted by the Tucson police for being the alleged second shooter in a Aug. 7, 2006 murder that occurred at Seneca and Dodge Blvd., Gonzales said.

He allegedly discharged a shotgun from a silver 4-doorNissan Sentra.

The first shooter and the weapons are still outstanding, he said.

Imperial was arrested without incident and was transported to the Cochise County Jail. He was then transported to the Pima County Jail in Tucson.
