Underground film series ends Saturday with Les Vampires

The fourth season of CSP's Underground Film Series culminates with an epic presentation of director Louis Feuillade's 1915 silent mystery serial Les Vampires. Starting at 2:00 pm CSP, will present all 10 episodes of this proto-Surrealist classic, which follows the reporter Philippe Guerand as he tracks the elusive secret crime ring known as the 'Vampires'.

Featuring the sultry, dangerous Irma Vep (played by the sensational Musidora!) as the leader of the band of super-criminals that terrorizes the back streets of Paris. A masterfully suspenseful film and haunting work of art- an event not soon repeated.

The program will begin 2:00 pm and continue until 10:30 pm, with a dinner break from 5:30-6:30 pm.

Admission to the program is free. Donations are gladly accepted at the door. For more
