Manuel Andres Martinez-Esqueda 1-31-89 was arrested at the Douglas High School for Aggravated Criminal Damage. Martinez-Esqueda was released to a third party.

ARRESTS
Hector Hernandez 2/6/81 was arrested at the 700 block of 8th St. on a warrant out of DPD for Failure to Pay Fines on Driving on a Suspended License. Hernandez posted bond and was released.
George Velarde 2/25/81 was arrested at the 1100 block of 11th St. on a warrant out of CCSO for Failure to Appear on a TrafficOffense. Velarde was transported to the Cochise County Jail.
Omar Tapia 10/3/74 was arrested at the 1100 block of 11th St. for Driving on a Suspended License. Tapia was transported to the Cochise County Jail.

Julian E. Madrid 1/9/83 was arrested at the U.S. Port of Entry on a a warrant out of Maricopa County for Failure to Appear for Theft of Means of Transportation. Madrid was transported to theCochise County Jail.
Humberto Acosta 4/17/68 was arrested at the 1300 block of 9th St. for DUI. Acosta was transported to the Cochise County Jail.
Marcos Serrano 2/3/58 was arrested at 9th St. and A Avenue on a DPD warrant for Failure to Pay Fines on a DV-Assault. Serrano was transported to the Cochise County Jail.
