Four hundred factory jobs will be opening in Elfrida soon, as El Rey Foods will be getting bigger while it already is in operation on White Fawn Road in Elfrida, according to the Elfrida Citizens' Alliance, Inc.

Its operating expenses will be low-priced since it is a large tax based corporation, which will mean little to no problems with the neighbors that will be surrounding the new business.

"It fits into the theme of the valley, which is agriculture" stated Fern Lawson, the new Board President. "They came out and liked the area so they decided to put in a new business, it'll be great for the whole valley".

Right now the business is operating part-time, but by August 18th, it is expected to be a full-time corporation, with a 50,000 square foot fully operating business.

Also on August 18, will be the open house, taking place at the plant, and opening up with a tour of the plant.

The open house will start at 10 A.M and continue to 5 P.M, with tours starting at noon.
