2007 Exhibitor Handbook Available

Entry deadlines begin in September


Phoenix, AZ (July 11, 2007) - The 2007 Arizona State Fair Exhibitor Handbook is now available online and in 48 libraries statewide (see link to list below). The Exhibitor Handbook provides extensive details on all of the Fair's many competitions and available prizes, as well as directions on how to enter. Categories include handicrafts, sewing, culinary arts, photography, fine arts, livestock, agriculture, floriculture, beer & wine, apiary, 4-H, student art, photography and more.

Anyone can compete in the Fair - all ages and abilities are welcome. Folks from 4 to 104, beginners and seasoned pros alike, can showcase their talents in a variety of areas and vie for a coveted state-awarded Blue Ribbon. The Exhibitor Handbook explains all the requirements for entry and serves as a resource for closing dates, receiving dates, judging dates and release dates for the entries.

Supplies of printed books are limited and go fast, so hurry and pick up a copy. Books are available at these 4-H County Extension Offices, County Fair offices, and at select public libraries statewide.

The 123rd annual Arizona State Fair, running from October 12 to November 4 (closed on Mondays), will host a variety of fun-filled attractions, activities and rides for all ages at its location at 19th Avenue and McDowell Road in Phoenix.
