ARRESTS

Raul Valencia 11-7-66 was arrested on a warrant out of DPD for Failure to Appear on Domestic Violence.

James D. Mileham 5-18-39 was arrested at 19th St. and A Avenue for Disorderly Conduct.

Robert Rios 1-13-88 was arrested at Safeway for Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor and for Shoplifting.

Derek Henderson 1-13-87 was arrested at 426 E Avenue on 3 counts of Domestic Violence.

Mary Valdez 12-16-63 was arrested at 19th St. and Tompkins Avenue for Endangerment and Disorderly Conduct.

ARRESTS

Mary Valdez 12-16-63 was arrested at 19th St. and Tompkins for Aggravated DUI.

JUVENILE ARRESTS

A male juvenile was arrested at 7th St. and Cochise Avenue for Criminal Damage.  The juvenile carved his name on a freshly poured concrete sidewalk.

An information report was taken at 821 5th St.

Criminal Damage/Graffiti was reported at Wendy’s Hallmark.

An information report was taken at Wal-Mart.

Criminal Damage was reported at 1179 Bonita Avenue.

Theft of a bike was reported at Wal-Mart.

Mario Lomeli 6-2-81 was arrested at the 500 block of 10th St. for DUI.

Jessica Marie Delaney 3-5-82 was arrested at the 400 block of 13th St. for False Reporting and also for an outstanding warrant out of Pima County for Failure to Appear on Drug Charges.

Maximiano Valenzuela 7-18-75 was arrested at the 1500 block of 15th St. for Driving on a Suspended License.

Lourdes Greer was arrested at the 600 block of 10th St. for Violation of a Court Order.

Armando Jose Vincent-Ruelas 6-12-87 was arrested at the 2100 block of Hohokam Dr. on a warrant out of Pima County for Failure to Appear on Driving on a Suspended License.

Jose Refugio Guevarra-Valdespino 7-3-66 was arrested at the Oasis Bar for Sexual Assault and Kidnapping.

Tracy Michelle Meraz 9-1-84 was arrested at the Border Motel for Criminal Damage, Criminal Trespass, and Disorderly Conduct.

Francisco Anthony Lopez 3-7-83 was arrested at the 1100 block of 21st St. on two warrants.  The first was out of DPD for Failure to Appear on Domestic Violence.  The second was out of CCSO also for Failure to Appear on Domestic Violence.

    " For such a Small Town, yet so much crime, what can be done to help the citizens in poverty in order for them not to steal, and awareness in drugs? Special projects should be enacted to encounter such a devient society, and Im not talking about putting "Rangers" yet special educational programs, job programs, and other programs for youths to turn to, aswell as for the adults. "
