Early Learning Center News Briefs

These are our school News for the week of 12/3 -12/7:


Ms. Hernandez, Ms. Alma – 4 year olds

We finished with the square shape project. We started with the star shape project and color green.  We made a star painting and we also made a marble painting.  We read the story “Mouse Paint”, and we made a mouse painting project.

Ms. Hernandez, Ms. Alma – 4 year olds

This week we are learning about the planets, their names and their characteristics, like why do we call Mars the “red planet”.

We will talk about the astronauts and what they do to prepare for a trip to space, what they wear, what they eat, etc. 

For this week children will male a  space project

They will make moon dust on a piece of paper and then they will make the moon and the sun out of play dough and add  to the picture  also they will glue in the rest of the planets.

Ms. Rios, Ms. Gonzalez - Kinder

This week the students will be working on the letter G and focusing on our theme “Let’s Count”. We will also begin learning about poems and will write one together. Thank you for all of your Kleenex contributions it really helps to be prepared during the cold and flu season.
