Free Breakfast with Santa tomorrow

Santa Claus will be at the Douglas Elks Lodge tomorrow, Saturday, December 8, for his annual “Breakfast with Santa” for the youth of the community.


The free breakfast begins at the Douglas Elks Lodge,  located on 10th Street across from Castro Park,  beginning at 9 a.m.

The All-You-Can-Eat pancake breakfast will feature pancakes, patty sausage, orange drink and coffee. The breakfast is free to all children 12 years and younger, and only $1 for all others. All proceeds from the breakfast benefits the youth program at the Douglas Elks Lodge.

Santa will make his appearance at 9:30 a.m. and give out toys and candy canes to youngsters.

The event is sponsored by The Daily Dispatch., City of Douglas, Southeast Arizona Medical Center, Mi Ranchito, H&R Block, Brown Page Mortuary, Border Mart, Maddux and Sons, Ortega Stores, Devore Auto, Wal-Mart, Adairs Funeral Home, B&D Lumber and Hardware,  FRV Recycling, McDonalds, and La Familia.
