Hall’s location was made known by an anonymous tip, according to the Sierra Vista police, and he was not armed at the time of his arrest.
Cochise County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Carol Capas said Hall arrived at the Cochise County Jail on Thursday evening, and he was given a $500,000 bond, which the Sierra Vista police had requested.
A warrant for Hall was issued on Dec. 28. He is charged with three counts of attempted first-degree murder, one count of aggravated assault causing serious injury, three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and one count of possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.
Detective Jason Packer said no other warrants are expected in the case, though the investigation continues.
Jesus Abril, 26, and a 17-year-old boy were both superficially wounded by gunfire in the parking lot of the Sierra Suites, 391 E. Fry Blvd., about 5:30 a.m. on Christmas morning.
A third person, a 21-year-old man, was in the car with Abril and the boy, but was not shot.
On Dec. 25, police responded to reports of two vehicles involved in a confrontation at the hotel parking lot that reportedly involved a collision at the time of the gunfire.
A Justice of the Peace District 5 Court document indicated Hall was identified by multiple witnesses, including one of the shooting victims.
