Dec. 13

• 1:33 a.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 39, was charged with judicial proceeding-disobey mandate, probation violation, and possession or use of marijuana.

• 6:16 a.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 38, was charged with theft of means of transportation, DUI-0.10 or more alcohol concentrate, and DUI-alcohol/drugs/toxic vapors.

• 5:38 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 80, was charged with public sexual indecency.

• 8:21 p.m. — A Chihuahua, Mexico, man, 32, was charged with open container.



Dec. 14

• 9:55 a.m. — A Willcox woman, 39, was charged with possess or use drug paraphernalia, manufacture a dangerous drug, possess dangerous drug for sale, possess or use marijuana, possess equipment/chemicals to make dangerous drugs, and possess or use dangerous drugs.

• 11:20 a.m. — Two Sierra Vista juveniles, both 15, were charged with burglary 2nd degree, theft-deprive of property, and trespassing-residential structure/fenced residence.

• 5:27 p.m. — A Buckeye man, 31, was charged with interfering with a judicial proceeding.

• 6:18 p.m. — A Safford man, 32, was charged with failure to pay fine and disorderly conduct.

• 6:38 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 18, was charged with aggravated assault.

• 7:14 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 27, was charged with possess or use drug paraphernalia, possess or use narcotic drugs, and possess or use marijuana.

• 8:58 p.m. — A Whetstone woman, 20, was charged with disorderly conduct and domestic violence and criminal damage and domestic violence.

• 9:52 p.m. — A Carlsbad, Minn., man, 27, was charged with entering/remaining unlawfully on property.

• 10:29 p.m. — A Gary, Ind., man, 54, was charged with theft of services and trespassing-residential structure/fenced residence.

• 12:09 p.m. — A Hereford man, 50, was charged with intentional injury to another and use of abusive language to provoke.

• 12:09 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 45, was charged with judicial proceeding-disobey mandate, use of abusive language to provoke, and touching with intent to injure/insult/provoke.



Dec. 15

• 12:25 a.m. — A Douglas man, 48, was charged with probation violation, possess marijuana for sale, possess or use marijuana, and false report to law enforcement agency.

• 5:49 a.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 18, was charged with extreme DUI blood alcohol content 0.15 or more, under 21 opiate/alcohol in system, and DUI-alcohol/drugs/toxic vapors.

• 7:30 a.m. — A Willcox man, 24, was charged with DUI-alcohol/drugs/toxic vapors.

• 1:31 p.m. — A Pomerene man, 22, was charged with aggravated DUI/third DUI and aggravated DUI/DUI with suspension for DUI.

• 9:00 p.m. — A Nacizri, Mexico, man, 25, was charged with theft of means of transportation.

• 11:50 p.m. — A Douglas man, 54, was charged with assault, disorderly conduct and aggravated DUI/DUI with suspension for DUI.



Dec. 16

• 12:18 a.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 36, was charged with intentional injury and domestic violence.

• 12:35 a.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 23, was charged with recklessly handling/discharging a weapon.

• 9:52 a.m. — A Mescal man, 54, was charged with domestic violence and fighting/disruptive behavior.

• 10:33 a.m. — A Mescal man, 26, was charged with disorderly conduct, possess or use marijuana, and possess/make/manufacture/deliver paraphernalia.

• 6:00 p.m. — A Whetstone man, 22, was charged with intentional injury and domestic violence.

• 8:54 p.m. — A Cheyenne, Wyo., man, 39, was charged with a fugitive warrant, fraudulent schemes and artifices, issuing a bad check, two counts of theft of means of transportation,  and failure to show drivers license or ID.

• 9:23 p.m. — A Tombstone man, 50, was charged with disorderly conduct and domestic violence.

• 9:23 p.m. — A Tombstone woman, 44, was charged with disorderly conduct and domestic violence.



Dec. 17

• 11:52 a.m. —  A Sierra Vista woman, 36, was charged with offering an instrument with forged/false information, probation violation, possess or use drug paraphernalia,  aggravated assault-on peace officer or helper, possess or use narcotic drugs, resisting arrest-use/threaten physical force, false report to law enforcement agency, failure to show drivers license or ID, taking the identity of another, and driving with a license suspended for failure to appear/failure to pay fine.

• 7:00 a.m. — A Douglas man, 28, was charged with assault, and disorderly conduct and domestic violence.

• 1:30 p.m. — A Lexington, Ky., man, 38, was charged with child molestation, indecent exposure, and sexual conduct with a minor.

• 1:30 p.m. — A Huachuca City man, 44, was charged with two counts of probation violation, and a child support warrant.

• 6:00 p.m. — A Willcox man, 20, was charged with fighting/disruptive behavior.

• 7:02 p.m. — A Cananea, Mexico, man, 19, was charged with open container, no valid drivers license, and DUI-alcohol/drugs/toxic vapors.

• 7:03 p.m. — A Hereford juvenile, 16, was charged with possess or use drug paraphernalia, and possess or use marijuana.

• 10:49 p.m. — A Pearce man, 41, was charged with possess or use drug paraphernalia, possess or us marijuana, and carrying a concealed weapon/immediate control or in vehicle without a permit.

• 11:03 p.m. — A Phoenix man, 54, was charged with DUI-0.10 or more alcohol concentrate, and DUI-alcohol/drugs/toxic vapors.

Dec. 18

• 2:30 a.m. — A Tucson man, 20, was charged with false report to law enforcement agency and failure to show non-drivers license.

• 9:53 a.m. — A Sierra Vista man was charged with possess prescription only drug, DUI drugs or metabolite, and driving with license suspended for failure to appear/failure to pay fine.

• 7:45 p.m. — A Hereford man, 30, was charged with violation of promise to appear, fighting/disruptive behavior, false report to law enforcement agency, intentional injury to another, and trespassing-residential structure/fenced residence.

• 11:09 p.m. — A Tucson woman, 20, was charged with assault and domestic violence.



Dec. 19

• 12:15 a.m. — A Douglas woman, 18, was charged with assault and domestic violence, and disorderly conduct and domestic violence.

• 1:06 a.m. — A Bisbee man, 29, was charged with assault.

• 11:23 a.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 19, was charged with possess or use drug paraphernalia, failure to appear 2nd degree, false report to law enforcement agency, and possess/use/produce/sale/transport of drugs.

• 3:45 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 19, was charged with interfering with a judicial proceeding.

• 10:53 p.m. — A Douglas man, 37, was charged with disorderly conduct and domestic violence.
