The following are arrests made by the Cochise County Sheriff’s Office and booked into the Cochise County Jail.


Jan. 5

• 5:45 p.m. — A Bisbee man, 34, was charged with DUI–alcohol/drugs/toxic vapor, extreme DUI blood alcohol content 0.15 or more, and DUI-0.10 or more alcohol concentrate.

• 8:10 p.m. — A Hereford man, 24, was charged with two counts each of defacing or damaging property, failure to appear second degree, and possession or use of drug paraphernalia.

• 8:44 p.m. — A Sacramento, Calif., man, 41, was charged with assault, disorderly conduct and threatening to cause physical injure or property damage.

• 9:48 p.m. — A Bisbee man, 33, was charged with domestic violence and criminal damage.

• 10:42 p.m. — A Sierra Vista woman, 24, was charged with disorderly conduct and domestic violence.

Jan. 6

• 1:57 a.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 39, was charged with possession or use of drug paraphernalia, possess/use/produce/sale/transport of marijuana, and failure to appear second degree.

• 3:28 p.m. — A Hereford man, 29, was charged with possess or use of marijuana, possess or use drug paraphernalia, failure to appear second degree, and driving with a license suspended for failure to appear/failure to pay fine.

• 3:40 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 39, was charged with possession or use of drug paraphernalia, and failure to show drivers license or ID.

• 3:55 p.m. — A Mescal woman, 50, was charged and released for interfering with an emergency communication.

• 4:01 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 25, was charged with intentional injury and domestic violence.

• 4:49 p.m. — A Sierra Vista woman, 24, was charged with criminal damage and domestic violence.

• 5:44 p.m. — A Sierra Vista woman, 49, was charged with disorderly conduct and domestic violence, and assault and domestic violence.

• 5:48 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 45, was charged with disorderly conduct and domestic violence, and assault and domestic violence.

• 6:20 p.m. — A Huachuca City woman, 52, was charged with aggravated assault on a school employee, aggravated assault–cause serious injury, and defacing or damaging property.

• 11:17 p.m. — A Tucson man, 63, was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon or instrument.

Jan. 7

• 8:29 a.m. — A Willcox man, 31, was charged with violation of promise to appear, and interfering with a judicial proceeding.

• 9:49 a.m. — A Bisbee woman, 30, was charged with knowingly displaying a fictitious license plate.

• 10:37 a.m. — A Willcox man, 46, was charged with possess or use dangerous drugs, possess dangerous drug for sale, possess equipment/chemicals to make dangerous drug, possess or use drug paraphernalia, and manufacture a dangerous drug.

• 11:51 a.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 35, was charged with failure to appear second degree, and possession or use drug paraphernalia.

• 4:20 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 23, was charged with a Department of Corrections parole violation.

• 7:11 p.m. — A Benson man, 32, was charged with sex offender-fail to notify change of address.

• 7:30 p.m. — A Mescal woman, 44, was charged with DUI – alcohol/drugs/toxic vapor. She was released.

• 8:50 p.m. — An Agua Prieta, Mexico, woman, 43, was charged with theft of means of transportation.

Jan. 8

• 9:30 a.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 31, was charged with premeditated murder first degree, possessing a prohibited weapon, and intentional injury to another.

• Noon — A Tombstone man, 25, was charged with a Department of Corrections parole violation.

• 8:55 p.m. — A Hueyotlipan, Mexico, man, 34, was charged with a fugitive/governor’s warrant.

Jan. 9

• 8:35 a.m. — An Aguas Calie, Mexico, man, 33, was charged with a fugitive warrant.

• 12:06 p.m. — A Benson man, 54, was charged with interfering with a judicial proceeding.

• 1:43 p.m. — A Guaxmas, Mexico, man, 24, was charged with possess/use/produce/sale/transport of marijuana, possess/make/ manufacture/deliver paraphernalia, DUI–alcohol/drugs/toxic vapor, and driving with a suspended/revoked/canceled license.

• 2 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 42, was charged with possession or use of drug paraphernalia, failure to appear second degree, and driving with a license suspended/revoked/canceled.

• 2:45 p.m. — A Hereford woman, 43, was charged with possession or use of drug paraphernalia.

• 7:29 p.m. — A Douglas man, 26, was charged with theft of means of transportation.

• 8:36 p.m. — A Chihuahua, Mexico, man, 25, was charged with theft of means of transportation.

• 9:41 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 24, was charged with criminal damage and domestic violence, and disorderly conduct and domestic violence.

• 9:51 p.m. — A Gilbert man, 27, was charged with interfering with a judicial proceeding, and a probation violation.
