Once a voter has a mail-in ballot, it must be received by the respective county elections department by Election Day or it won't be counted.
People who wait until Election Day to fill in the ballot can drop it off at any polling place and it will be counted.
Registered voters can also vote the old-fashioned way at their designated polling place on Feb. 5.
