• 1:25 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 20, was charged with possess marijuana for sale, possess or use drug paraphernalia, and DUI–drugs or metabolite.
• 5:30 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 25, was charged with theft.
• 5:30 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 26, was charged with two counts each of murder second degree, aggravated assault/deadly weapon or instrument, and aggravated assault/cause serious injury.
• 9:27 p.m. — A Willcox man, 52, was charged with possess or use dangerous drugs.

• 9:22 a.m. — A Douglas man, 22, was charged with judicial proceeding–disobey mandate.
• 12:32 a.m. — A Cochise man, 28, was charged with failure to appear second degree, and possess or use drug paraphernalia.
• 11:30 a.m. — A Douglas man, 28, was charged with aggravated assault – deadly weapon or instrument, and murder 1st degree.
• 12:10 p.m. — A Paso Robles, Calif., man, 30, was charged with possession of burglary tools, possess or use dangerous drugs, and theft of means of transportation.
• 2:37 p.m. — A Willcox woman, 45, was charged with trespassing–residential structure/fenced residence.
• 2:43 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 27, was charged with two counts each murder second degree, aggravated assault–deadly weapon or instrument, and aggravated assault–cause serious injury.
• 3:27 p.m. — A Douglas man, 30, was charged with possess or use marijuana, possess or use drug paraphernalia, and DUI – drugs or metabolite.
• 4:20 p.m. — A Willcox woman, 20, was charged with possess or use drug paraphernalia.
• 6:49 p.m. — A Willcox man, 19, was charged with fighting/disruptive behavior.
• 6:51 p.m. — A Willcox man, 62, was charged with interfering with judicial proceeding.
• 7:26 p.m. — A Tombstone man, 32, was charged with probation violation, and possess or use drug paraphernalia.
• 7:55 p.m. — A Whetstone man, 21, was charged with possess/furnish liquor to a minor.
• 8:15 p.m. — A Sierra Vista woman, 39, was charged with possess/furnish liquor to a minor, and providing alcohol to a minor/misrepresenting age. She was released.
• 8:25 p.m. — A Palominas woman, 59, was charged with providing alcohol to minor/misrepresenting age, and possess or furnish liquor to a minor.
• 9:30 p.m. — A Sierra Vista woman, 21, was charged with possess/furnish liquor to a minor.

• 6:18 a.m. — An El Paso, Texas, man, 59, was charged with using abusive language to provoke, and failure to appear second degree.
• 11:15 a.m. — A Mexico City, Mexico, man, 18, was charged with theft–control stolen property, theft of means of transportation, and smuggling of human beings.
• 11:37 a.m. — A Douglas man, 21, was charged with possess or use marijuana, possess marijuana for sale, transportation of marijuana for sale, and possess or use drug paraphernalia.
• 11:37 a.m. — A Douglas man, 22, was charged with possess or use marijuana, possess marijuana for sale, transportation of marijuana for sale, and possess/make/manufacture/ deliver paraphernalia.
• 1:10 p.m. — A Douglas man, 27, was charged with assault and domestic violence, disorderly conduct and domestic violence, and threatening and domestic violence.
• 8:07 p.m. — A Bowie man, 40, was charged with aggravated assault – deadly weapon or instrument, burglary – vehicle, and driving with suspended/revoked/canceled license.
• 8:25 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 28, was charged with intentional injury and domestic violence.
• 11:08 p.m. — A Douglas man, 30, was charged with failure to appear 1st degree, possess or use marijuana, and open container.

• 12:59 a.m. — A Douglas man, 44, was charged with DUI–alcohol/drugs/toxic vapor, and open container.
• 1:10 a.m. — A Willcox man, 35, was charged with interfering with a judicial proceeding, and resisting arrest–means to cause injury.
• 1:50 a.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 38, was charged with unlawful use of means of transportation.
• 3:03 a.m. — A Douglas man, 19, was charged with possession of spirituous liquor under 21. He was released.
• 3:05 a.m. — A Douglas man, 18, was charged with possess/furnish liquor to a minor. He was released.
• 3:30 a.m. — A Douglas man was charged with extreme DUI Blood alcohol content 0.15 or more, DUI–alcohol/drugs/toxic vapor, and DUI-0.10 or more alcohol concentrate.
• 3:40 a.m. — A Douglas man, 19, was charged with possession of spirituous liquor under 21. He was released.
• 4:20 a.m. — A Douglas juvenile, 16, was charged with possess/furnish liquor to a minor. She was released.
• 4:50 a.m. — A Tucson man, 19, was charged with possessing spirituous liquor under 21.
• 8:15 a.m. — A Sierra Vista woman, 30, was charged with extreme DUI Blood alcohol content 0.15 or more, DUI–alcohol/drugs/toxic vapor, DUI-0.10 or more alcohol concentrate, and exceeding speed limit by 20-45 mph.
• 1:49 p.m. — A Fort Huachuca man, 21, was charged with a fugitive/governor’s warrant.
• 5:38 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 26, was charged with defacing/damaging property, and fighting/disruptive behavior.
• 7:20 p.m. — A Douglas man, 34, was charged with disorderly conduct and domestic violence.
• 7:20 p.m. — A Douglas man, 23, was charged with disorderly conduct and domestic violence.
• 10:59 p.m. — A Willcox man, 58, was charged with trespassing a non-residential structure/fenced.

• 12:23 a.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 36, was charged with the use of a telephone to harass/intimidate, and burglary second degree.
• 12:32 a.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 22, was charged with assault and domestic violence.
• 8:39 a.m. — A Palominas man, 20, was charged with failure to appear second degree, and two counts each of threatening and domestic violence and disorderly conduct and domestic violence.
• 9 a.m. — A Douglas man, 31, was charged with disorderly conduct and domestic violence, and intentional injury and domestic violence.
• 10:30 a.m. — A Willcox man, 21, was charged with DUI drugs or metabolite, DUI–alcohol/drugs/toxic vapors, DUI-0.10 or more alcohol concentrate, and driving with suspended/revoked/canceled license.
• 12 p.m. — A Hereford man, 34, was charged with possess/make/manufacture/deliver drug paraphernalia.
• 3:38 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 45, was charged with criminal damage and domestic violence.
• 4:02 p.m. — A Willcox man, 17, was charged with assault and domestic violence, two counts of disorderly conduct and domestic violence, criminal damage and domestic violence, and making an unreasonable noise.
• 10:08 p.m. — A Wetumpka, Ala., woman, 19, was charged with possess/furnish liquor to minor, and aggravated assault on peace officer or helper.
• 10:50 p.m. — A Bisbee man, 30, was charged with disorderly conduct.
Jan. 22
• 8:44 a.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 18, was charged with aggravated assault–deadly weapon or instrument, and possessing a deadly weapon on school grounds.
• 10:40 a.m. — A Phoenix man, 50, was charged with entering/remaining unlawfully on property. He was released.
• 4:48 p.m. — A Sierra Vista woman, 27, was charged with trespassing–residential structure/fenced residence and shoplifting –remove goods without payment.
• 5 p.m. — An El Paso, Texas, man, 44, was charged with trespassing-residential structure/fenced residence.
• 8 p.m. — A Douglas man, 42, was charged with interfering with a judicial proceeding.
• 8:50 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 24, was charged with extreme DUI blood alcohol content 0.15 or more; DUI–alcohol/drugs/toxic vapors; and DUI-0.10 or more alcohol concentrate.
