" Wasn't that Gail's style--micromanager? I know she learned it well from Doan and also as a principal. She managed to know all that was going on in the district and town. "

" On Bentley, Right on Watcher! Remember what happened when Doan was hired? She was previously the head teacher at a 1 school "district" and then drove DUSD into the ground.
Franky, do you seriously want the nepotism we have always had? Thank God Zamar is leaving, don't perpetuate the cycle PLEASE! "

" What a group. Hennings ran Tombstone into the ground financialy and tried to close schools with out talking to parents! He would show up at work about 10 every morning, leave by 2 and his secretary spent the first two hours of every day putting her makeup on. Bentley is the principal and superintendent in a very, very small school, this does not lend itself to leadership but will cause him to be a micromanager. "
