• Robert Anderson, 41, homeless, Dec. 21: burglary second degree, five years confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary.

• Raul Arvayo, 48, Sierra Vista, Dec. 17: DUI–liquor/drugs/vapors first, 26 days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and 3 years probation.

• Michell Bailey, 34, Sierra Vista, Dec. 5: drug paraphernalia violation, 18 days confinement in jail and 3 years probation; drug paraphernalia violation, 81 days confinement in Cochise County Jail and 3 years probation; drug paraphernalia violation, 87 days confinement in Cochise County Jail and 3 years probation; and DUI–liquor/drugs/vapors first, 81 days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and 3 years probation.

• Michael Bejarano, 18, Sierra Vista, Dec. 28: narcotic drug–possess for sale, 5 days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and 5 years probation; marijuana–possess for sale, 5 days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and 4 years probation; possess/use weapon in drug offense, 5 days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and 4 years probation; drug paraphernalia violation, 5 days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and 3 years probation, and theft-control stolen, 5 days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and 3 years probation property.

• D’Angelo Chacon, 31, Douglas, Dec. 7: dangerous drug–transport and/or sell, 5 years confinement in the Department of Corrections with monetary.

• Ivan Cruz, 31, Sierra Vista, Dec. 3: attempted theft of means of transportation, 60 days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary, and 4 years probation.

• Angel Esqueda, 20, Douglas, Dec. 21: burglary third degree, 2 years confinement in the Department of Corrections.

• Raymond Geer, 79, Sierra Vista, Dec. 17: attempted sexual conduct with a minor, 5 years probation and monetary/Public Works Service only.

• Alejandro Guzman, 26, Sierra Vista, Dec. 21: attempted theft of means of transportation, 120 days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary, and 4 years probation.

• William Kees, 44, Huachuca City, Dec. 3: theft, 114 days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary, and 3 years probation; and dangerous drug–possess/use, 10 days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and 4 years probation.

• Yoan Maldonado, 19, homeless, Dec. 4: theft–control stolen property, 3 years probation.

• David Martinez, 43, Tucson, Dec. 17: endangerment, 120 days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and 3 years probation.

• Miseal Montero, 19, Michoacan, Mexico, Dec. 14: attempted criminal damage/deface, 9 months confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary; and criminal damage/deface, 1 year 6 months confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary.

• Crystal Moore, 24, Sierra Vista, Dec. 7: taking identity of another, 115 days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary, and 3 years probation.

• Omar Morales, 21, Agua Prieta, Mexico, Dec. 3: burglary third degree, 1 year 6 months confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary.

• Kevin Naujelis, 21, Sierra Vista, Dec. 6: theft–unlawful removal of theft detection device from merchandise, 85 days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary, and 3 years probation.

• Eric Pallazola, 31, homeless, Dec. 24: attempted unlawful means of transportation – control, 120 days confinement in the Cochise County Jail with monetary, and 3 years probation.

• Raymond Ramirez Jr., 30, Hereford, Dec. 14: attempted unlawful means of transportation–control, 3 years probation and monetary/Public Works Service only.

• Cesar Antonio Rico, 20, Pirtleville, Dec. 21: burglary second degree, 112 days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary, and 5 years probation; theft–control stolen property, 1 year confinement in Department of Corrections.

• William Salazar, 42, Bisbee, Dec. 14: aggravated robbery, 2 years 6 months confinement in Department of Corrections.

• Scott Schwartz, 41, homeless, Dec. 7: criminal damage/deface, 1 year 6 months confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary.

• Rudolph Strausbaugh, 46, Sierra Vista, Dec. 6: possession of weapon by prohibited person, 1 year 6 months confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary; drug paraphernalia violation, 1 year confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary.
