The following are upcoming local government meetings.


TUESDAY

• Cochise County Board of Supervisors, 3 p.m., work session, Board of Supervisors Executive Conference Room, 1415 Melody Lane, Building G, Bisbee. The agenda includes a review of the revised processes for liquor licenses, focusing on the board’s findings in those situations where the board is making “no recommendation” decision or a recommendation to not approve the license.

• Governing Board of the Cochise County Community College District, 6 p.m., Horace Steel Conference Room, Andrea Cracchiolo Library, Sierra Vista Campus, Sierra vista. The agenda includes discussion of the Master Facilities Plan financing; possible approval of the personnel listing for 2008-2009; possible approval of the second reading of a revision of board Policy 301, which more specifically defines the levels of authority being delegated to the college president; possible approval of the 2008-2009 student tuition and fees schedule; and possible executive session regarding the discussion of the annual evaluation of the college president.

WEDNESDAY

• Cochise County Planning and Zoning Commission, 4 p.m. Board of Supervisors Hearing Room, 1415 Melody Lane, Building G, Bisbee. The agenda includes possible approval of rezoning a 26,136 square foot parcel from TR-36 (Transitional Residential, 36,000 square foot minimum lot size) to TR-18 (18,000 square foot minimum lot size), for a single-family residence south of Sierra Vista at the Southwest corner of Piette Drive and De Mello Streets, approximately 1,100 feet West of State Highway 92.
