• 12:28 a.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 52, was charged with first-degree murder, kidnapping-to cause death/injury/sex offense, aggravated assault–cause serious injury, and aggravated assault–deadly weapon or instrument.
• 2 a.m. — A Tucson man, 26, was charged with fleeing a pursuing law enforcement vehicle.
• 10:48 a.m. — A Palominas man, 27, was charged with prohibited possessor possessing weapon.
• 10:54 a.m. — A Casa Grande man, 27, was charged with possess or use marijuana.
• 6:03 p.m. — A Tucson man, 26, was charged with DUI–drugs or metabolite, DUI-0.10 or more alcohol concentrate, DUI–alcohol/drugs/toxic vapors, and exceeding 85 mph.
• 6:35 p.m. — A Bisbee man, 53, was charged with disorderly conduct.
• 6:39 p.m. — A Bisbee man, 43, was charged with disorderly conduct.
• 8:09 p.m. — A Douglas man, 27, was charged with violation of promise to appear.
• 8:39 p.m. — A Mescal man, 31, was charged with extreme DUI blood alcohol content 0.15 or more, DUI with passenger under 15, and DUI–alcohol/drugs/toxic vapors.
• 11:21 p.m. — A Mescal woman, 39, was charged with domestic violence, fighting/disruptive behavior, and intentional injury to another. She was released.
March 1
• 1:10 a.m. — A Mexican man, 19, was charged with endangerment/intimidation, fleeing a pursuing law enforcement vehicle, and theft of means of transportation.
• 11:29 a.m. — A Douglas man, 20, was charged with domestic violence. He was released.
• 11:30 a.m. — A Pirtleville woman, 19, was charged with intentional injury to another. She was released.
• 11:40 a.m. — A Douglas man, 25, was charged with resisting arrest, interfering with a judicial proceeding, and driving with a license suspended for failure to appear/failure to pay fine.
• 3:28 p.m. — A Bisbee man, 49, was charged with possess/make/manufacture/deliver drug paraphernalia, DUI–drugs or metabolite, DUI-0.10 or more alcohol concentrate, and DUI–alcohol/drugs/toxic vapors.
• 5:29 p.m. — A Sierra Vista woman, 24, was charged with two counts of failure to appear second degree, failure to appear first degree, false report to law enforcement agency, driving with license suspended for failure to appear/failure to pay fine, and failing to show drivers license or identification.
• 6:47 p.m. — A Naco man, 61, was charged with a fugitive/governor’s warrant.
• 7:56 p.m. — A Tucson woman, 26, was charged with false report to law enforcement agency, driving with suspended/revoked/canceled license, and failure to show drivers license or ID.
• 9:38 p.m. — A Douglas man, 49, was charged with DUI–alcohol/drugs/toxic vapors.
• 11:21 p.m. — A Houston, Texas, man, 27, was charged with failing to display a foreign license plate.
• 12:07 p.m. — An Elfrida man, 67, was charged with enter/remain unlawfully on property, and knowingly displaying a fictitious license plate.
March 2
• 8:50 a.m. — A Wheat Ridge, Colo., man, 30, was charged with a fugitive warrant.
• 7:26 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 49, was charged with disorderly conduct and domestic violence, assault and domestic violence, and threatening and domestic violence.
• 8:56 p.m. — A Santa Barbara, Calif., man, 27, was charged on a fugitive/governor’s warrant.
March 3
• 3:35 a.m. — A Douglas man, 43, was charged with theft–deprive of property.
• 10:10 a.m. — A Guerrero, Mexico, man, 33, was charged with fraudulent schemes and artifices.
• 5:03 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 21, was charged with assault and domestic violence, threatening and domestic violence, and criminal damage and domestic violence.
• 9:29 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 33, was charged with a Dept. of Corrections parole violation, and failure to appear 2nd degree.
March 4
• 12:10 a.m. — A Houston, Texas, man, 58, was charged with disorderly conduct and domestic violence, and carrying a concealed weapon without a permit.
• 3:14 a.m. — A Sierra Vista woman, 40, was charged with DUI–alcohol/drugs/toxic vapors, and DUI-0.10 or more alcohol concentrate.
• 11:20 a.m. — A Tucson man, 43, was charged with judicial proceeding–disobey mandate.
• 11:38 a.m. — A Douglas man, 32, was charged with defacing or damaging property, theft of services, and violation of promise to appear.
• Noon — Two Whetstone men, 18 and 19, were charged with possess or use marijuana, and possess or use drug paraphernalia.
• 1:45 p.m. — A Douglas man, 34, was charged with possess or use narcotic drug.
• 8:05 p.m. — A Hobbs, N.M., man, 35, was charged with possess or use drug paraphernalia, and possess or use marijuana.
• 9:21 p.m. — A Bisbee man, 25, was charged with possess or use drug paraphernalia. He was released.
• 10:50 p.m. — A Douglas man, 20, was charged with violation of promise to appear.
March 5
• 6:41 a.m. — A Benson woman, 31, was charged with possess marijuana for sale, probation violation, and transportation of marijuana for sale.
• 10:28 a.m. — A Phoenix man, 53, was charged with smuggling of human beings.
• 11:22 a.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 26, was charged with possess dangerous drug for sale, possess or use dangerous drugs, and possess or use drug paraphernalia.
• 11:30 a.m. — A Sierra Vista woman, 46, was charged with possess or use drug paraphernalia, possess or use dangerous drugs, and possess or use marijuana.
• 2:02 p.m. — A Hereford woman, 47, was charged with shoplifting, interfering with a judicial proceeding, and failure to appear first degree.
• 3 p.m. — A Benson man, 29, was charged with interfering with a judicial proceeding.
• 8:03 p.m. — A Sierra Vista woman, 22, was charged with possess or use drug paraphernalia, and driving with a license suspended for failure to appear/failure to pay fine.
• 8:35 p.m. — A Douglas man, 42, was charged with disorderly conduct and domestic violence, trespassing 3rd degree and domestic violence, and threatening and domestic violence.
• 10:38 p.m. — A Tucson man, 36, was charged with trafficking in stolen property.
• 11:43 p.m. — A Hereford woman, 35, was charged with possess or use drug paraphernalia.
