The following are arrests made by the Cochise County Sheriff’s Office and other city agencies, including the Sierra Vista and Bisbee police departments, and some were booked into the Cochise County Jail.

• Noon — Two Whetstone men, 18 and 19, were charged with possess or use marijuana, and possess or use drug paraphernalia.
• 1:45 p.m. — A Douglas man, 34, was charged with possess or use narcotic drug.
• 8:05 p.m. — A Hobbs, N.M., man, 35, was charged with possess or use drug paraphernalia, and possess or use marijuana.
• 9:21 p.m. — A Bisbee man, 25, was charged with possess or use drug paraphernalia. He was released.
• 10:50 p.m. — A Douglas man, 20, was charged with violation of promise to appear.
March 5
• 6:41 a.m. — A Benson woman, 31, was charged with possess marijuana for sale, probation violation, and transportation of marijuana for sale.
• 10:28 a.m. — A Phoenix man, 53, was charged with smuggling of human beings.
• 11:22 a.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 26, was charged with possess dangerous drug for sale, possess or use dangerous drugs, and possess or use drug paraphernalia.
• 11:30 a.m. — A Sierra Vista woman, 46, was charged with possess or use drug paraphernalia, possess or use dangerous drugs, and possess or use marijuana.
• 2:02 p.m. — A Hereford woman, 47, was charged with shoplifting, interfering with a judicial proceeding, and failure to appear first degree.
• 3 p.m. — A Benson man, 29, was charged with interfering with a judicial proceeding.
• 8:03 p.m. — A Sierra Vista woman, 22, was charged with possess or use drug paraphernalia, and driving with a license suspended for failure to appear/failure to pay fine.
• 8:35 p.m. — A Douglas man, 42, was charged with disorderly conduct and domestic violence, trespassing 3rd degree and domestic violence, and threatening and domestic violence.
• 10:38 p.m. — A Tucson man, 36, was charged with trafficking in stolen property.
• 11:43 p.m. — A Hereford woman, 35, was charged with possess or use drug paraphernalia.
