The following are arrests made by the Cochise County Sheriff’s Office and other city agencies, including the Sierra Vista and Bisbee police departments, and some were booked into the Cochise County Jail.


March 13

11:40 a.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 50, was charged with a fugitive/governor’s warrant.

2:26 p.m. — A Willcox man, 31, was charged with interfering with a judicial proceeding.

4:45 p.m. — A Phoenix woman, 33, was charged with defacing/damaging property, and interfering with a judicial proceeding.

5:50 p.m. — A Willcox man, 22, was charged with providing alcohol to a minor/misrepresenting age and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

6:10 p.m. — A Willcox man, 20, was charged with interfering with a judicial proceeding.

March 14

12:21 a.m. — A Willcox man, 25, was charged with disorderly conduct.

10:06 a.m. — A Douglas man, 21, was charged with possess marijuana for sale, possess or use marijuana, and transportation of marijuana for sale.

12:46 p.m. — A Sierra Vista woman, 28, was charged with failure to appear second degree, and interfering with a judicial proceeding.

1:40 p.m. — A Tucson man, 19, was charged with failure to appear second degree, and possess/use/produce/sale/transport drugs.

2:24 p.m. — A Sierra Vista woman, 41, was charged with failure to appear second degree, and interfering with a judicial proceeding.

2:28 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 28, was charged with interfering with a judicial proceeding.

7:19 p.m. — A Whetstone man, 37, was charged with DUI–alcohol/drugs/toxic vapors, DUI-0.10 or more alcohol concentrate, and extreme DUI blood alcohol content 0.15 or more.

9:55 p.m. — A Douglas man, 26, was charged with two counts of failure to appear first degree, possess/make/manufacture/deliver drug paraphernalia, and possess or use narcotic drug.

March 15

3:34 a.m. — An Avondale man, 19, was charged with violation of promise to appear.

3:36 a.m. — A Douglas man, 23, was charged with threatening to cause physical injury or property damage, intentional injury and domestic violence, and disorderly conduct and domestic violence.

8:20 a.m. — A Tucson woman, 28, was charged with interfering with a judicial proceeding, and driving with a license suspended for failure to appear/failure to pay.

9:40 a.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 19, was charged with false report to a law enforcement agency.

10:19 a.m. — A Benson man, 25, was charged with escape/attempt from custody, disorderly conduct, recklessly handling/discharging a weapon, and aggravated assault – victim physically restrained.

3:15 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 49, was charged with failure to appear second degree, aggravated DUI–DUI with suspension for DUI, DUI–alcohol/drugs/toxic vapors, and driving with suspended/revoked/cancelled license.

4:55 p.m. — An Obregon, Mexico, man, 31, was charged with extreme DUI blood alcohol center 0.15 or more, nonresident with non-Arizona registration, DUI–alcohol/drugs/toxic vapors, and DUI-0.10 or more alcohol concentrate.

5:59 p.m. — A Huachuca City man, 31, was charged with assault, intentional injury and domestic violence, and criminal damage and domestic violence.

7:28 p.m. — A Palm Springs, Calif., man, 45, was charged with DUI-drugs or metabolite, and DUI–alcohol/drugs/toxic vapors.

8 p.m. — A Willcox man, 19, was charged with intentional injury to another, and disorderly conduct.

9:33 p.m. — A Mescal man, 38, was charged with making an unreasonable noise, and intentional injury to another.

11:35 p.m. — A Huachuca City man, 43, was charged with aggravated assault–victim physically restrained, and touching with intent to injure/insult/provoke.

March 16

3:15 a.m. — A Douglas man, 24, was charged with interfering with a judicial proceeding.

9:29 a.m. — A Benson man, 49, was charged with judicial proceeding–disobey mandate. He was released.

9:42 a.m. — A Benson woman, 46, was charged with judicial proceeding–disobey mandate. She was released.

5:30 p.m. — A Douglas man, 35, was charged with a probation violation, driving with license suspended for failure to appear/failure to pay, DUI–alcohol/drugs/toxic vapors, aggravated DUI–DUI while suspended for DUI, and DUI-0.10 or more alcohol concentrate.

7 p.m. — A Douglas man, 43, was charged with interfering with a judicial proceeding.

7:30 p.m. — Two Kansas Settlement juveniles, 14 and 15, were charged with breathing toxic vapor substances. They were released.

March 17

12:30 a.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 35, was charged with three counts of use of telephone to harass, and three counts of judicial proceeding–disobey mandate.

9:50 p.m. — A Mexican man, 31, was charged with a fugitive/governor’s warrant.

March 18

3:30 a.m. — A Douglas man, 26, was charged with assault and domestic violence, disorderly conduct and domestic violence, and criminal damage and domestic violence.

3:15 p.m. — A Douglas woman, 27, was charged with two counts of fraudulent schemes and artifices, probation violation, two counts of take/control credit card from another, forge name on credit card, and two counts of taking the identity of another.

4:33 p.m. — A Springfield, Mo., man, 26, was charged with a fugitive/governor’s warrant.

March 19

8:58 a.m. — A Hereford man, 26, was charged with disorderly conduct and domestic violence, and criminal damage and domestic violence.

10 a.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 37, was charged with a child support warrant.

11:53 a.m. — A Sierra Vista woman, 26, was charged with criminal damage.

12:26 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 41, was charged with consuming liquor in public.

3:45 p.m. — A Douglas man, 22, was charged with disorderly conduct, and threatening or intimidating.

9:57 p.m. — A Bisbee man, 40, was charged with possess or use drug paraphernalia and possess or use marijuana. He was released.

10:16 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 25, was charged with possess or use drug paraphernalia, possess or use marijuana, and DUI–drugs or metabolite.

10:51 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 22, was charged with aggravated assault and domestic violence.
