The following are sentencings in Cochise County Superior Court, as provided by the court system. The listings include disposition date, charge and sentence. “Monetary” can be a fine or restitution, or both.


• Luis Aguilar, date of birth unrecorded, Pirtleville, Feb. 1: attempted marijuana–possess for sale, two days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and three years probation.

• Dannie Bowling, 35, Benson, Feb. 4: drug paraphernalia violation, two days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and one year probation.

• Roxanne Carpenter, 44, Huachuca City, Feb. 22: two counts of drug paraphernalia violation, two days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and three years probation on each count; shoplifting, two days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and four years probation; and forgery, two days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and four years probation.

• Jose Claros, 23, Mexico, Feb. 22: attempted burglary second degree; two years six months confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary.

• Juan Cuaro, 41, Sierra Vista, Feb. 11: drug paraphernalia violation, one year probation and monetary/public works service only.

• Cornelius Daniel, 20, Sierra Vista, Feb. 1: attempted molestation of a child, 125 days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and five years probation.

• Gerardo de la Rosa, 22, Bisbee, Feb. 22: fraud scheme/practice–conceal, one day confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and three years probation.

• Alberto Elias, 23, Hereford, Feb. 4: attempted theft of transportation–control, six years confinement in Department of Corrections; and burglary second degree, two years confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary.

• Jessica Elliot, 23, Sierra Vista, Feb. 27: endangerment; 130 days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and three years probation.

• Lisa Ethridge, 36, Sierra Vista, Feb. 25: taking identity of another, two years confinement in Department of Corrections.

• Jorge Alberto Fontes, 42, Sonora, Mexico, Feb. 22: attempted marijuana–possess for sale, three years probation.

• Richard Goins, 41, Sierra Vista, Feb. 22: attempted theft–unauthorized service/property, one year six months confinement in Department of Corrections.

• Lezza Greene, 21, homeless, Feb. 22: forgery–offers forged instrument, 93 days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and four years probation; and theft–control stolen property, 93 days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and three years probation.

• Phillip Hall, 19, Sierra Vista, Feb. 22: criminal trespassing first degree residential structure, 90 days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and three years probation.

• Deanna Hardesty, 39, Hereford, Feb. 27: three counts of taking the identity of another, three years confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary for each; and drug paraphernalia violation, one year and six months confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary.

• Drew Harris, 20, Huachuca City, Feb. 1: criminal trespass first degree residential structure, 90 days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and three years probation.

• Yesenia Islas, 25, Douglas, Feb. 19: attempted marijuana–transport and/or sell, eight days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and three years probation; and failure to appear first degree, three years probation.

• Felipe Lugo, 36, Pirtleville, Feb. 25: attempted armed robbery–with deadly weapon, eight years confinement in Department of Corrections; and theft of means of transportation, five years confinement in Department of Corrections.

• Russell Marquez, 24, Hereford, Feb. 6: assault–intent/reckless/injury, 32 days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and three years probation; and criminal damage/deface, 32 days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and three years probation.

• Michael McClure, 48, Tucson, Feb. 6: theft of means of transportation, 30 days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and four years probation.

• Theodore McGuire, 29, Sierra Vista, Feb. 25: shoplifting, four years probation and monetary/public works service only.

• Jose Mendoza, 28, Tucson, Feb. 19: attempted marijuana–possess for sale, two years six months confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary.

• Crystal Moore, 24, Sierra Vista, Feb. 19: drug paraphernalia violation, three years probation and monetary/Public works service only.

• Jaime Olivas, 32, Sierra Vista, Feb. 4: attempted dangerous drug–possess for sale, 21 days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and five years probation.

• Julio Cesar Pacheco, 25, Chichuahua, Mexico, Feb. 25: attempted theft of means of transportation, 90 days confinement in Cochise County Jail and four years probation.

• Katrina Pedroza, 19, Tucson, Feb. 27: dangerous drug–possess/use, two years confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary.

• Traci Randall, 31, Hereford, Feb. 4: drug paraphernalia violation, one day confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and three years probation; and DUI aggravated child under 15 in car-first, one day confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and three years probation.

• Martin Reyes-Gutierrez, 31, Mexico, Feb. 13: unlawful use of means of transportation, three years confinement in Department of Corrections.

• Hubert Rodriguez, 46, Sierra Vista, Feb. 1: attempted shoplifting, two years confinement in Department of Corrections.

• Billie Rothstein, 55, Benson, Feb. 4: attempted marijuana–possess for sale, two days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and three years probation.

• Natima Sperle, 20, Sierra Vista, Feb. 27: attempted dangerous drug–possess/use, two years probation and monetary/Public works service only; and drug paraphernalia violation, two years probation and monetary/public works service only.

• Christopher Stanton, 25, Sierra Vista, Feb. 4: attempted sexual assault, two years and six months confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary.

• Eduardo Talavera, 21, Phoenix, Feb. 25: attempted theft of means of transportation; 90 days confinement in Cochise County Jail and four years probation.

• Luevone Thomas, 54, Hereford, Feb. 19: DUI drug listed in 13-3401 or metabolite, dangerous drug–possess/use and possession of weapon by prohibited person, two years and six months confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary.

• Charles Turner, 57, Benson, Feb. 4: attempted marijuana–possess for sale, two days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and three years probation.

• Adrian Valenzuela, 22, Tucson, Feb. 25: attempted marijuana–possess for sale, three years probation and monetary/Public works service only.

• Timothy Weprin, 34, Bisbee, attempted dangerous drug–transport and/or sell, three years probation and monetary/public works service only.

• Renae Wolf, 43, Huachuca City, Feb. 22: attempted forgery–offers forged instrument, three years probation and monetary/Public works service only.
