ARRESTS

Sean Michael Merideth 12-4-86 was arrested at Wal-Mart on a warrant out of Benson P.D. for Failure to Comply with Alcohol Counseling.

James R. Merideth 1-5-88 was arrested at Wal-Mart on a warrant out of Benson P.D. for Failure to Comply with Court Orders for original charge of Possession of Marijuana.

Dimas Pereida Burquez 11-24-85 was arrested at 14th St. and G Avenue for Driving on a Suspended License and Possession of Narcotics.

Jason Munoz 7-31-86 of Nogales, MX was arrested at the U.S. Port of Entry on a warrant out of Santa Cruz County for Failure to Appear on a Traffic Offense.

John D. Wyble 6-15-84 was arrested at the U.S. Port of Entry for Possession of a Stolen vehicle.

JUVENILE ARRESTS

A female juvenile was arrested at 14th St. and G Avenue for Curfew Violation and Possession of Tobacco.

Two female juveniles were arrested at Ray Borane Middle School for Assault.

Aggravated Criminal Damage to a vehicle was reported at 2240 Warpath Dr.

Criminal Damage to a vehicle was reported at 1200 17th St.

Theft of Services was reported at KFC.

Criminal Damage to a vehicle was reported at 959 11th St.

Shoplifting was reported at J&B Grocery (6th St. and A Avenue.).

An information report on Unlawful Flight from Pursuing Law Enforcement vehicles was taken at the U.S. Port of Entry.

A Violation of a Court Order was reported in the Douglas Area.

April 10, 2008

ARRESTS

Adriana O. Hernandez 3-13-88 was arrested at the 3rd St. Park on a warrant out of CCSO Bisbee for Failure to Appear on original charges of Dog at Large.

Ramon Alexandro Villalobos 9-17-88 was arrested at the U.S. Port of Entry for Underage Consumption.

Ricardo Galaz 9-19-82 was arrested at the U.S. Port of Entry on two warrants.  

The first was out of Willcox P.D. for DUI/Disorderly Conduct and the second was out of Graham County for a Traffic Offense.

Jose Antonio Estrada 6-14-61 was arrested at the U.S. Port of Entry on a warrant out of Pima County for Failure to Appear.

JUVENILE ARRESTS

A male juvenile, a reported runaway from Utah, was recovered at 1600 8th St.

A vehicle was impounded for No Proof of Ownership from 1175 Bonita Avenue.

An information report was taken at 2007 10th St.

A stolen vehicle was recovered at the U.S. Port of Entry through NICB.

An information report was taken at the Huber Middle School.

ARRESTS

Joshua Molina 12-21-70 was arrested for Criminal Trespass on a previous case.

Eric Trevizu 4-10-87 was arrested at KFC/Taco Bell for DUI and Driving on a Suspended License.

Leticia Lopez 9-3-62 was arrested at the 1400 block of G Avenue for Driving on a Suspended License.

Maria L. Chavez 8-4-75 was arrested at 10th St. and Cochise Avenue for Driving on a Suspended License and on a warrant out of DPD for Failure to Appear for Driving on a Suspended License.

George Vasquez was arrested at the 1000 block of G Avenue for Driving on a Suspended License.

Julie Hurtado 3-11-85 was arrested at the U.S. Port of Entry on a warrant out of DPS for Driving on a Suspended License.

Luis J. Guerrero 9-7-66 was arrested at 1701 7th St. for Domestic Violence.

08-1076    0328    Frank G. Dorame 6-4-64 was arrested at 1430 8th St. for Domestic Violence and

on a warrant out of DPD.

08-1078    1010    Josue Cedres 4-24-86 was arrested for an Aggravated Assault that took place in

the Douglas Area.

08-1079    1637    Juan C. Lopez 3-22-76 was arrested at Payless Shoes (G Avenue) for Shoplifting.

08-1080    1859    Sandra I. Gonzalez 7-11-68 was arrested at Wal-Mart for Shoplifting.

08-1083    2358    Randy Herrera 11-29-85 was arrested the 600 block of 8th St. for Driving on a

Suspended License.  Herrera was also arrested on a warrant out of Arizona DOC

for Violation of Parole.  Herrera also had a warrant out of Douglas P.D. Failure to Pay Fines on Criminal Damage.
