Arrests made by the Cochise County Sheriff’s Office and other city agencies, including the Sierra Vista and Bisbee police departments, and some were booked into the Cochise County Jail.


April 7

• 1:45 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 18, was charged with trespassing–residential structure/fenced, burglary second degree, and theft–deprive of property.

• 4:52 p.m. — A McNeal man, 23, was charged with trespassing–residential structure/fenced, theft–deprive of property, traffic in stolen property, and burglary second degree.

• 4:59 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 19, was charged with burglary second degree, trespassing–residential structure/fenced, and theft–deprive of property.

• 5:38 p.m. — A Huachuca City man, 36, was charged with probation violation, judicial proceeding–disobey mandate, harass–threatening and domestic violence.

• 10 p.m. — A Douglas woman, 46, was charged with two counts of domestic violence and criminal damage. She was released.

• 10:28 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 27, was charged with intentional injury and domestic violence, and disorderly conduct and domestic violence.

• 11:25 p.m. — A Sierra Vista woman, 23, was charged with violation of promise to appear, failure to appear second degree, and disorderly conduct and domestic violence.

April 8

• 12:05 a.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 53, was charged with DUI–alcohol/drugs/toxic vapors.

• 12:40 a.m. — A Tallahassee, Fla., man, 27, was charged with deface/damage property, and aggravated assault–enter home of another.

• 2:50 a.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 44, was charged with fighting/disorderly conduct.

• 8 a.m. — An Iztapalapa, Mexico, man, 52, was charged with trespassing–look into residential structure. He was released.

• 8:28 a.m. — A Sierra Vista woman, 43, was charged with interfering with a judicial proceeding.

• 8:46 a.m. — A Benson man, 37,was charged with assault, fighting/disruptive behavior, threatening to cause physical injury or property damage, and disorderly conduct and domestic violence.

• 11:30 a.m. — A Sierra Vista woman, 24, was charged with judicial proceeding–disobey mandate.

• 12:24 p.m. — A McNeal man, 36, was charged with aggravated assault–deadly weapon or instrument, endangerment, and criminal damage.

• 12:55 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 40, was charged with criminal trespass third degree.

• 1:22 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 40, was charged with trespassing–residential structure/fenced, trafficking in stolen property, burglary second degree, and theft–deprive of property.

• 6:35 p.m. — A Willcox man, 19, was charged with interfering with judicial proceeding.

April 9

• 1:15 a.m. — A Pomerene man, 20, was charged with interfering with a judicial proceeding.

• 1:15 a.m. — A Benson man, 21, was charged with interfering with a judicial proceeding.

• 1:32 a.m. — A Tucson man, 22, was charged with possess/use narcotic drug, possess narcotic drug for sale, sell drug to minor, contribute to delinquency of a minor, and driving with suspended/revoked/canceled license.

• 2:56 p.m. — Three Kansas Settlement male juveniles, two 15 and one 14, were charged with breathing toxic vapor substances. They were released.

• 4:27 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 35, was charged with child molestation.

• 9:30 p.m. — A Glendale man, 23, was charged with theft of means of transportation.

April 10

• 8:39 a.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 46, was charged with intentional injury and domestic violence.

• 2:21 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 48, was charged with driving with a license suspended for failure to appear/failure to pay, and intentional injury.

• 3 p.m. — A Pirtleville male juvenile, 14, was charged with possess/use marijuana, and possess marijuana for sale. He was released.

• 5:50 p.m. — A Bisbee woman, 41, was charged with consuming liquor in public, and disorderly conduct.

• 5:58 p.m. — A Sierra Vista male juvenile, 17, was charged with under 21 with alcohol in system.

• 6:09 p.m. — A Palominas man, 45, was charged with interfering with a judicial proceeding.

• 9:06 p.m. — A Willcox man, 50, was charged with possess/use drug paraphernalia and possess/use marijuana.

April 11

• 8:17 a.m.  A Sierra Vista man, 19, was charged with child molestation and sexual assault.

• 10:05 a.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 30, was charged with interrupting a judicial proceeding.

• 11:04 a.m. — A Hereford man, 45, was charged with operating a vehicle in violation of a restriction.

• 11:15 a.m. — A Willcox man, 43, was charged with intentional injury to another. He was released.

• 4:56 p.m. — A Tucson man, 34, was charged with DUI–drugs or metabolite, alter/remove physical evidence, possess/use drug paraphernalia, and possess/use marijuana.

• 6:28 p.m. — A Sierra Vista woman, 25, was charged with theft of services.

• 8:26 p.m. — A St. David man, 41, was charged with DUI–alcohol/drugs/toxic vapors, driving with suspended/revoked/canceled license, and DUI-0.10 or more alcohol concentrate.

• 10:15 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 20, was charged with underage consumption and possess/use marijuana.

• 10:48 p.m. — A Hereford woman, 18, was charged with disorderly conduct and domestic violence.

April 12

• 12:01 a.m. — A St. David male juvenile, 16, was charged as runaway and a curfew violation. He was released.

• 9:26 a.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 26, was charged with interfering with a judicial proceeding and domestic violence, possess/use drug paraphernalia, two counts of aggravated assault and domestic violence, criminal damage and domestic violence, kidnapping and domestic violence, possession of burglary tools, and burglary second degree.

• 10:11 a.m. — A Bisbee man, 37, was charged with disorderly conduct and domestic violence.

• 10:11 a.m. — A Bisbee, man, 19, was charged with disorderly conduct and domestic violence, and fighting/disruptive behavior.

• 12:37 p.m. — A Huachuca City man, 37, was charged with intentional injury and domestic violence, and threatening and domestic violence.

• 1:49 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 45, was charged with interfering with a judicial proceeding.

• 4:36 p.m. — A Casa Grande man, 25, was charged with possess/use drug paraphernalia, and possess/use/produce/sale/transport of drugs.

• 6 p.m. — Two Douglas male juveniles, 15 and 13, were charged with enter/remain unlawfully on property. They were released.

• 6:20 p.m. —  A Hereford man, 22, was charged with fighting/disruptive behavior.

• 6:55 p.m. — A Benson woman, 33, was charged with fighting/disruptive behavior.

• 6:55 p.m. — A Benson man, 32, was charged with fighting/disruptive behavior.

• 8:30 p.m. — A Bisbee man, 54, was charged with interfering with a judicial proceeding.

• 9:14 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 42, was charged with failure to appear second degree and intentional injury to another.

• 10:17 p.m. — A Huachuca City woman, 39, was charged with issuing a bad check.

• 11:24 p.m. — A Douglas man, 41, was charged with disorderly conduct and domestic violence.

April 13

• 2:28 a.m. — A Whetstone man, 47, was charged with aggravated DUI–DUI while suspended for DUI.

• 9:15 p.m. — A Douglas woman, 33, was charged with disorderly conduct.

April 14

• 1:38 a.m. — A Sunizona man, 36, was charged with aggravated assault and domestic violence.

• 4:57 a.m. — A Sierra Vista woman, 23, was charged with defacing/damaging property.

• 7:12 a.m. — A Bisbee juvenile, 15, was charged with domestic violence and disorderly conduct. He was released.

• 9 a.m. — A Tombstone man, 36, was charged with burglary–vehicle and theft–control stolen property.

• 11:27 a.m. — A Benson man, 21, was charged with interfering with a judicial proceeding.

• 12:45 p.m. — A Mexican man, 40, was charged with a fugitive/governor’s warrant.

• 3:47 p.m. — A Sierra Vista female juvenile, 15, was charged with possessing spirituous liquor under 21.

• 5 p.m. — A Bisbee man, 57, was charged with aggravated DUI–DUI while suspended for DUI.

• 6:15 p.m. — A Glendale man, 29, was charged with a fugitive warrant.

• 6:47 p.m. — A Kansas Settlement woman, 41, was charged with DUI–drugs/alcohol/toxic vapors and DUI-0.10 or more alcohol concentrate.

• 8:30 p.m. — A Hereford man, 20, was charged with probation violation, and possess/furnish liquor to a minor.

• 8:37 p.m. — A Hereford female juvenile, 17, was charged with possess/use drug paraphernalia.

• 8:45 p.m. — A Willcox man, 61, was charged with possess/use marijuana.

April 15

• 12:12 a.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 47, was charged with assault and domestic violence.

• 12:52 a.m. — A Sierra Vista woman, 28, was charged with driving license suspended for failure to appear/pay, leaving an accident scene/death or injury, probation violation, possess/use prescription drug, and false report.

• 3:25 a.m. — A Douglas man, 43, was charged with disorderly conduct and domestic violence, criminal damage and domestic violence, and violation of promise to appear.
