Cochise College accepting applications for Fry Foundation Scholarships

Scholarships of up to $1,000 per year are available through the Fry Foundation to students attending Cochise College or another college or university. The deadline to apply is May 15.


 To qualify, applicants must complete the Erwin Fry Foundation Scholarship Application and the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) available in the Cochise College Financial Aid Office and on the office website at www.cochise.edu.

Qualified applicants must be legal residents of Cochise County for at least one year, be enrolled full time at a college or university, and have a 2.0 grade point average.

Recipients will be selected based on financial need, as determined by the transfer institution, and notified by Aug. 30. Applications received after the deadline will be placed on a waiting list and will be processed if funds are still available.
