• 2:58 a.m. — A Vista, Calif., man, 25, was charged with possess/use dangerous drugs, possess/use drug paraphernalia, and a fugitive/governor’s warrant.
• 3:47 a.m. — A Mexican man, 40, was charged with a fugitive warrant.
• 6:28 a.m. — A Douglas man, 31, was charged with two counts of threatening to cause physical injury or property damage, two counts of aggravated assault–deadly weapon or instrument, two counts of interfering with a judicial proceeding, disorderly conduct, assault, and unlawful imprisonment.
• 9:30 a.m. — A Chihuahua, Mexico, man, 35, was charged with possess/use/produce/sale/transport of marijuana, and failure to appear second degree.
• 3:59 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 27, was charged with aggravated assault–deadly weapon or instrument, kidnapping-to cause death/injury/sex offense, and extortion–cause physical injury.
• 3:59 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 22, was charged with aggravated assault–deadly weapon or instrument, kidnapping -to cause death/injury/sex offense, and extortion–cause physical injury.
• 7:04 p.m. — A Naco woman, 39, was charged with two counts of disorderly conduct, criminal damage, and criminal trespassing first degree.
• 7:39 p.m. — A Douglas man, 57, was charged with DUI-0.10 or more alcohol concentrate, extreme DUI-blood alcohol content 0.15 or more, and DUI–alcohol/drugs/toxic vapors. He was released.
• 8:31 p.m. — A Douglas man, 61, was charged with DUI–with passenger under 15 years of age.
• 9:05 p.m. — A Douglas man, 46, was charged with criminal damage, disorderly conduct, DUI–alcohol/drugs/toxic vapors, aggravated DUI–DUI while suspended for DUI, and DUI-0.10 or more alcohol concentrate.

• 1:30 a.m. — A McNeal man, 32, was charged with assault/domestic violence, and failure to appear second degree.
• 6:32 a.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 30, was charged with defacing/damaging property.
• 3:30 p.m. — A Hereford man, 24, was charged with operating a vehicle in violation of a restriction.
• 3:41 p.m. — A Tucson man, 30, was charged with endangerment, two counts of fleeing a pursuing law enforcement vehicle, failure to obey officer directing traffic, false report to law enforcement agency, unsafe lane change, and exceeding 85 mph.
• 5:16 p.m. — A Kansas Settlement woman, 24, was charged with interfering with a judicial proceeding and failure to pay fine.
• 5:30 p.m. — A Willcox woman, 40, was charged with possess/use marijuana and possess/use drug paraphernalia.
• 6:25 p.m. — A McNeal man, 36, was charged with first-degree murder.
• 9:20 p.m. — A Whetstone man, 37, was charged with recklessly handling/discharging a weapon.

• 12:49 a.m. — A Sierra Vista woman, 21, was charged with DUI–alcohol/drugs/toxic vapors, and DUI-0.10 or more alcohol concentrate.
• 8:38 a.m. — A Sierra Vista woman, 29, was charged with interfering with a judicial proceeding.
• 8:50 a.m. — A Bisbee man, 38, was charged with a child support warrant.
• 1:54 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 45, was charged with robbery, failure to appear first degree, and failure to appear second degree.
• 3:12 p.m. — A Benson man, 27, was charged with preventing the use of a telephone in an emergency, and intentional injury/domestic violence.
• 3:33 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 19, was charged with possess/furnish liquor to a minor, under 21 OP alcohol in system, and leaving the scene of an accident/death or injury.
• 6:20 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 22, was charged with a child support warrant.
• 7:10 p.m. — A Douglas man, 79, was charged with entering/remaining unlawfully on property, and violation of promise to appear.

• 2:33 a.m. — A Willcox woman, 37, was charged with DUI–with passenger under 15 years old, and driving with a license suspended/revoked/canceled.
• 2:20 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 37, was charged with entering /remaining unlawfully on property, and shoplifting–removing goods without payment.
• 2:23 p.m. — A Millsap, Texas, man, 51, was charged with fighting/disruptive behavior.
• 4:20 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 20, was charged with aggravated assault–cause serious injury.
• 5:45 p.m. — A Tucson woman, 23, was charged with possess/use drug paraphernalia, possess/use marijuana, DUI–drugs or metabolite, and DUI–alcohol/drugs/toxic vapors.
• 6:16 p.m. — Three Hereford female juveniles, two 17 and one 16, were charged with fighting/disruptive behavior and runaway juvenile.
• 6:16 p.m. — A Hereford female juvenile, 14, was charged with defacing/damaging property, fighting/disruptive behavior, and runaway juvenile.
• 8:37 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 24, was charged with theft and burglary–vehicle.
• 8:57 p.m. — A Bisbee man, 56, was charged with defacing/damaging property, using abusive language to provoke, two counts of fighting/disruptive behavior, and threatening to cause physical injury or property damage.
• 9:35 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 25, was charged with disorderly conduct/domestic violence, assault/domestic violence and criminal damage/domestic violence.

• 2:15 a.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 35, was charged with intentional injury to another.
• 3:00 p.m. — An Elfrida man, 47, was charged with reckless burning–structure/property.
• 6:20 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 18, was charged with possess/use/produce/sale/transport of marijuana, and possess/use drug paraphernalia.
• 9:30 p.m. — A Huachuca City man, 33, was charged with interfering with a judicial proceeding.
• 10:11 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 19, was charged with use/possess weapon in commission of a felony, possess marijuana for sale, possess/use marijuana, smuggling of human beings, and prohibited possessor possessing weapon.
• 11:55 p.m. — A Cleveland, Ohio, man, 39, was charged with a fugitive warrant.

• 9:10 a.m. — A Willcox man, 47, was charged with interfering with a judicial proceeding.
• 9:30 a.m. — A Benson man, 38, was charged with a child support warrant.
• 11:27 a.m. — A Willcox man, 21, was charged with robbery, kidnapping–to cause death/injury/sex offense, aggravated assault and burglary second degree.
• 2:00 p.m. — A Benson man, 22, was charged with aggravated assault–on peace officer, aggravated assault–cause serious injury, aggravated DUI–DUI while suspended for DUI, and theft of means of transportation.
• 3:45 p.m. — A Douglas man, 26, was charged with fighting/disruptive behavior, defacing/damaging property, and intentional injury/domestic violence.
• 7:40 p.m. — A Bisbee man, 27, was charged with transport/sell narcotic drugs, possess narcotic drug for sale, and possess/use narcotic drug.
• 8:55 p.m. — A Sierra Vista female juvenile, 16, was charged with threatening/domestic violence, disorderly conduct/domestic violence, and intentional injury/domestic violence.
• 9:00 p.m. — A Tempe man, 20, was charged with possess/make/manufacture/deliver drug paraphernalia, andpossess/use/produce/sale/transport of marijuana.
• 9:15 p.m. — A San Diego man, 46, was charged with DUI–alcohol/drugs/toxic vapors, extreme DUI-blood alcohol content 0.15 or more, and DUI-0.10 or more alcohol concentrate.
