Cochise County Sheriff’s Report

The following are arrests made by the Cochise County Sheriff’s Office and other city agencies, including the Sierra Vista and Bisbee police departments, and some were booked into the Cochise County Jail.


May 7

• 10:11 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 19, was charged with use/possess weapon in commission of a felony, possess marijuana for sale, possess/use marijuana, smuggling of human beings, and prohibited possessor possessing weapon.

• 11:55 p.m. — A Cleveland, Ohio, man, 39, was charged with a fugitive warrant.

May 8

• 9:10 a.m. — A Willcox man, 47, was charged with interfering with a judicial proceeding.

• 9:30 a.m. — A Benson man, 38, was charged with a child support warrant.

• 11:27 a.m. — A Willcox man, 21, was charged with robbery, kidnapping–to cause death/injury/sex offense, aggravated assault and burglary second degree.

• 2:00 p.m. — A Benson man, 22, was charged with aggravated assault–on peace officer, aggravated assault–cause serious injury, aggravated DUI–DUI while suspended for DUI, and theft of means of transportation.

• 3:45 p.m. — A Douglas man, 26, was charged with fighting/disruptive behavior, defacing/damaging property, and intentional injury/domestic violence.

• 7:40 p.m. — A Bisbee man, 27, was charged with transport/sell narcotic drugs, possess narcotic drug for sale, and possess/use narcotic drug.

• 8:55 p.m. — A Sierra Vista female juvenile, 16, was charged with threatening/domestic violence, disorderly conduct/domestic violence, and intentional injury/domestic violence.

• 9:00 p.m. — A Tempe man, 20, was charged with possess/make/manufacture/deliver drug paraphernalia, andpossess/use/produce/sale/transport of marijuana.

• 9:15 p.m. — A San Diego man, 46, was charged with DUI–alcohol/drugs/toxic vapors, extreme DUI-blood alcohol content 0.15 or more, and DUI-0.10 or more alcohol concentrate.
