Summer meals begins May 27

The Douglas School Cafeteria announces the sponsorship of the Summer Food Service Program for Children.


Meals will be made available free of charge to all children 18 years of age or younger in the area.

Listed below are the dates, times and location of where the meals will be provided:

√ Douglas High School, May 27-July 3; Breakfast 7 to 9 a.m.; Lunch, 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

√ Huber Middle School, June 2 to 27; Breakfast, 7:30 to 8:30 a.m.; and Lunch 11 to 11:30 a.m.

√ Joe Carlson School, June 2-27; Breakfast, 7:30 to 8:30 a.m.; and Lunch 11 to 11:30 a.m.

√ City Community Center, Monday through Thursday, June 2-July 3; Breakfast, 7:30 to 8 a.m.; and Lunch, 11:30 to 12 noon.
