The following are arrests made by the Cochise County Sheriff’s Office and other city agencies and some were booked into the Cochise County Jail.


May 15

• 5:20 a.m. — A Douglas man, 26, was charged with interfering with a judicial proceeding.

• 9:20 a.m. — A Parker, Colo., man, 29, was charged with transportation or marijuana for sale, possess/use marijuana, and possess marijuana for sale.

• 2:47 p.m. — A Douglas woman, 49, was charged with disorderly conduct/domestic violence, criminal damage and possess/use drug paraphernalia.

• 6:11 p.m. — A Benson man, 37, was charged with threatening to cause physical injury or property damage, and using abusive language to provoke. He was released.

• 7:15 p.m. — A Douglas man, 35, was charged with burglary second degree.

• 8:43 p.m. — A Tehuitzingo, Mexico, man, 18, was charged with burglary second degree, theft, criminal damage, and criminal trespass first degree.

• 8:54 p.m. — A Tucson man, 19, was charged with burglary second degree, possess/use marijuana, and false report to law enforcement agency.

• 8:54 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 18, was charged with burglary second degree, and possess/use marijuana.

May 16

• 12:43 a.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 21, was charged with interfering with a judicial proceeding, and failure to appear second degree.

• 2:32 a.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 28, was charged with failure to appear second degree, false report to law enforcement agency, and aggravated DUI–DUI while suspended for DUI.

• 5:18 a.m. — A Cathedral, Calif., man, 48, was charged with interfering with a judicial proceeding.

• 6:30 a.m. — A St. David male juvenile, 16, was charged with disorderly conduct, domestic violence, and deface/damage property. He was released.

• 1:05 p.m. — A Bisbee man, 44, was charged with a child support warrant.

• 2:55 p.m. — A St. David woman, 20, was charged with a fugitive warrant.

• 3 p.m. — A Douglas man, 18, was charged with fighting/disruptive behavior, and aggravated assault on peace officer.

• 3:45 p.m. — A Douglas man, 18, was charged with false report to law enforcement agency, shoplifting – conceal item, and shoplifting–remove goods without paying.

• 3:59 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 21, was charged with DUI-0.10 or more alcohol concentrate, extreme DUI blood alcohol content 0.15 or more, DUI–alcohol/drugs/toxic vapors, and having an open container.

• 6:05 p.m. — A Douglas man, 45, was charged with a child support warrant.

• 7:10 p.m. — A Douglas man, 18, was charged with hindering prosecution second degree, fighting/disruptive behavior, unlawful use of means of transportation, contribute to delinquency of a minor, aggravated assault, and driving with suspended/revoked/canceled license.

• 7:30 p.m. — A Douglas man, 19, was charged with disorderly conduct, and aggravated assault.

• 8 p.m. — A Whetstone male, 11, was charged with fighting/disruptive behavior and incorrigible juvenile.

May 17

• 9:06 a.m. — A Genoa City, Wis., man, 30, was charged with possess/sell/manufacture narcotic drugs.

• 10:15 a.m. — A Tucson man, 23, was charged with driving with suspended/revoked/canceled license, and false report-cause agency to act.

• 12:15 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man and woman, both 47, were charged with possess/use drug paraphernalia. Both were released.

• 1:34 p.m. — A Willcox man, 43, was charged with burglary–third degree and failure to appear first degree.

• 3 p.m. — A Douglas man, 21, was charged with fighting/disruptive behavior.

• 3 p.m. — A Douglas man, 21, was charged with disorderly conduct.

• 3 p.m. — A Douglas man, 20, was charged with criminal damage, disorderly conduct, endangerment, and aggravated assault – deadly weapon or instrument.

• 4:56 p.m. — A Tucson man, 32, was charged with possess/use drug paraphernalia, possess/use marijuana, failure to appear second degree, and driving with license suspended for failure to appear/failure to pay.

• 9:17 p.m. — A Huachuca City woman, 22, was charged with interfering with a judicial proceeding.

• 9:26 p.m. — A Hereford female juvenile, 14, was charged with runaway juvenile. She was released.

May 18

• 4:03 a.m. — A Douglas man, 32, was charged with assault/domestic violence, and disorderly conduct/domestic violence.

• 5:30 a.m. — A Sierra Vista female juvenile, 17, was charged with runaway juvenile. She was released.

• 11:25 a.m. — A Bisbee man, 21, was charged with possess/use marijuana, and failure to appear second degree.

• 2:53 p.m. — A Pomerene man, 45, was charged with interfering with a judicial proceeding, and failure to pay fine.

• 5:37 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 45, and woman, 52, were charged with assault/domestic violence.

• 6:33 p.m. — A Cochise man, 33, was charged with intentional injury to another, and fighting/disruptive behavior.

• 11:30 p.m. —  Sierra Vista man, 23, was charged with violation of promise to appear.

May 19

• 12:20 a.m. — A Willcox man, 65, was charged with DUI–alcohol/drugs/toxic vapors. He was released.

• 1:30 a.m. — A Douglas man, 24, was charged with intentional injury to another, fighting/disruptive behavior, and failure to appear second degree.

• 6:23 a.m. — A Sierra Vista woman, 37, was charged with operating a vehicle in violation of a restriction. She was released.

• 7:10 a.m. — A Scottsdale man, 26, was charged with theft–deprive of property, and burglary second degree.

• 7:13 a.m. — A Hereford female juvenile, 17, was charged with runaway juvenile. She was released.

• 7:22 a.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 24, was charged with interfering with a judicial proceeding, and violation of promise to appear.

• 8:18 a.m. — A Benson man, 23, was charged with probation violation, and intentional injury to another.

• 8:31 a.m. — A Palominas woman, 28, was charged with interfering with a judicial proceeding.

• 8:45 a.m. — A Phoenix man, 28, was charged with theft–deprive of property, and burglary second degree.

• 11:52 a.m. — A Willcox woman, 20, was charged with judicial proceeding– disobey mandate, and shoplifting–remove goods without paying.

• 3 p.m. — A St. David female, 16, was charged with possess/use/produce/sale/transport marijuana.

• 5:50 p.m. — A Phoenix man, 50, was charged with a child support warrant.

• 8:20 p.m. — A Sierra Vista woman, 24, was charged with intentional injury to another, criminal damage, fighting and domestic violence.

• 9:13 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 53, was charged with assault/domestic violence.

• 10 p.m. — A Hereford man, 29, was charged with DUI–alcohol/drugs/toxic vapors.

• 10:05 p.m. — A Willcox man, 38, was charged with disorderly conduct/domestic violence and intentional injury/domestic violence.

• 10:45 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 20, was charged with underage consumption, possess/use marijuana and failure to show non-driver’s ID.
