ARRESTS

Carmen Sierra 6-1-78 was arrested at 1235 23rd St. for Domestic Violence.

Alejandro Tapia 2-26-76 was arrested at 15th St. and Carmelita for Driving on a Suspended License.

JUVENILE ARRESTS

A female juvenile was arrested at 15th St. and Carmelita for Possession of Marijuana.

ACCIDENTS

Theft of beer was reported at Express Stop.

A 1984 Toyota pickup was reported stolen from 709 15th St.  It was later recovered in Pirtleville.

A juvenile was reported as runaway from 2007 10th St.

A missing person was reported in the Douglas Area.

Domestic Violence was reported at 1783 J Avenue.

May 30, 2008

ARRESTS

Jesse Paul Lis 10-23-80 was arrested at the U.S. Port of Entry on a warrant out of DPD for Failure to Appear.

Alonzo Javier Monge-Valencia 12-15-84 was arrested at the U.S. Port of Entry on a warrant out of DPD for Theft of Means of Transportation.

Raul Homar Barrios 5-20-75 was arrested at the 1300 block of 8th St. on a warrant out of DPS for Contempt of Court.

Joshua Daniel Molina 12-21-70 was arrested at Wal-Mart for Criminal Trespass.

Osvaldo H. Martinez 8-15-83 was arrested at the 1100 block of 17th St. for Driving on a Suspended License.

Francisco J. Berthely 8-15-76 was arrested at the 1200 block of 15th St. on three warrants.  The first warrant was out of the U.S. Marshal’s Office for Probation Violation.  The second was out of Pima County Sheriff’s Office for Failure to Appear.  The third was out of Huachuca City P.D. for Failure to Comply with Court Orders.

Jorge Berthely 7-18-89 was arrested at 1690 Rogers Ave. for Domestic Violence.

Gerardo Garcia 6-6-75 was arrested at the 400 block of Irvine Avenue for Unlawful Flight from Pursuing Law Enforcement, Disorderly Conduct with a Weapon, Resisting Arrest, Threatening and Intimidating, Endangerment, Aggravated Assault, and on a warrant out of Nogales P.D. for Failure to Pay Fines on Driving on a Suspended License.

A male juvenile was arrested for Violating a Court Order.

Theft of two handguns from a vehicle was reported at 2135    Hohokam Dr. Apt A.

A female juvenile was reported as runaway from 1600 Van Buren Avenue Apt 2105.

A male juvenile was reported as missing from 1301 7th St.

A Counterfeit Bill was reported at Wal-Mart.

A Counterfeit Bill was reported at Wal-Mart.

Domestic Violence was reported at 1235 23rd St.

Criminal Damage/Graffiti was reported at the 2100 block alleyway between 13th St. and 14th St.

ARRESTS

Gabriel Durazo 7-4-64 was arrested at the 1200 block of G Avenue for Driving on a Suspended License and on a warrant out of CCSO for Failure to Appear.

Florencio Cota 10-17-73 was arrested for past occurred Shoplifting charges.

Antonio Maybe-Valencia 4-17-87 was arrested at 34th St. and Washington Avenue for Driving on a Revoked License and for Reckless Driving.

Adam Garcia 12-16-80 was arrested at the old K-Mart for Unlawful Flight from Pursuing Law Enforcement, DUI, Driving on a Suspended License, and Reckless Driving.
