Meetings on road plans held statewide

PHOENIX — The state Transportation Board will host a series of four public hearings this month to receive comments on a statewide transportation program developed by the Arizona Department of Transportation with regional and local transportation partners.


ADOT’s Statewide Transportation Investment Strategy outlines a transportation program that would be funded through a ballot initiative filed by the TIME (Transportation and Infrastructure Moving Arizona’s Economy) Coalition.

The public hearings will be held:

• Wednesday, 5 to 7 p.m., Northern Arizona University Cline Library Assembly Hall, Flagstaff

• June 9, 5 to 7 p.m., Town of Marana Council Chambers, 11555 W. Civic Center Drive, Marana

• June 11, 5 to 7 p.m., Phoenix Convention Center West 106 B and C Meeting Rooms, 100 N. Third St., Phoenix

• June 19, 9 to 11 a.m., Manning House, 450 W. Paseo Redondo, Tucson.
