" Good to hear that the Grand is being renovated. Lots of history on G Avenue. Would like to see more renovation done especially to the Gadsden Hotel. In my opinion, the city messed up when they took out the underpass. Douglas isn't the same without it. I viewed it as a welcoming symbol into Douglas. At any rate, progress is a positive thing. "

" What exactly are they going to do with the theater? Will they start showing movies or will it be for special events?

Please advise, i'm curious to know.

    Thanks, B "
