The following are sentencings in Cochise County Superior Court, as provided by the court system. The listings include disposition date, charge and sentence. “Monetary” can be a fine or restitution, or both.


• John Biggs, 50, Sierra Vista, June 30: marijuana–possess/use, one year probation and monetary/public works only; drug paraphernalia violation, one year probation and monetary/public works only.

• Christopher Brown, 24, Sierra Vista, June 27: marijuana–possess/use, one year probation and monetary/public works only.

• Gilbert Cabrera, 20, Douglas, June 30: attempted burglary third degree–unlawful entry, 51 days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and four years probation.

• Gildardo Coronado, 28, Phoenix, June 20: DUI–drugs or metabolite, three years confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary.

• Nicholas Cretens, 28, Sierra Vista, June 9: drug paraphernalia violation, 220 days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and three years probation.

• Russell Delambert, 24, Douglas, June 9: unlawful means of transportation, one year six months confinement in Department of Corrections; drug paraphernalia violation, one year confinement in Department of Corrections.

• Raul Lopez, 50, Tucson, June 30: attempted unlawful flight from pursuing law enforcement vehicle, one day confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and two years probation.

• Macelino Martinez, 40, Scottsdale, June 6: attempted theft of means of transportation, three years confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary.

• Esteban McClain, 23, Douglas, June 27: attempted marijuana–transport or sell, 81 days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and five years probation.

• Alfonso Moreno, 24, Hereford, June 9: resisting arrest–physical force, three years probation and monetary/Public Works only.

• John Noonan, 42, Sierra Vista, June 27: attempted marijuana–possess for sale, two years six months confinement in Department of Corrections.

• Elizabeth Payne, 49, Sierra Vista, June 9: drug paraphernalia violation, one year probation with monetary/Public Works only.

• Ruben Rosendo Plaza, 50, Tucson, June 27: conspiracy, seven years probation; and trafficking identity, five years confinement in Department of Corrections.

• Alehli Ralls, 32, Sierra Vista, June 9: drug paraphernalia violation, 68 days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and three years probation.

• Ronnie Robertson, 54, Bisbee, June 27: aggravated assault–deadly weapon/dangerous instrument, two days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and three years probation.

• William Robison, 44, Willcox, June 27: dangerous drug–possess/use, two years six months confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary.

• Justine Romero, 21, Sierra Vista, June 9: attempted drive-by shooting, two years six months confinement in Department of Corrections.

• Matthew Smith, 19, Sierra Vista, June 27: dangerous drug–possess/use, 8 days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and four years probation.

• Marin Soto-Villegas, 29, Agua Prieta, Mexico, June 9: attempted theft of means of transportation, four years probation with monetary/Public Works only.

• Kevin Suarez, 18, Sierra Vista, June 30: attempted aggravated assault–deadly weapon/dangerous instrument, two years six months confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary.

• Raymond Torres, 34, Pirtleville, June 9: resisting arrest–risk physical injury, two days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and three years probation.

• Agustin Zamora, 29, Douglas, June 6: drug paraphernalia violation, 74 days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and three years probation.
