Cooks, if you’d like to contribute to this event, please get out your recipes for dessert and/or lunch pies. Round pie tins are available at the Myrtle Kraft library and at the Rodeo Grocery.
Please call either Gerry Hernbrode (558-2330) or Jackie Lewis (558-2287) to let them know that you will bringing a pie, maybe even pies . Please, no frozen pies or any that need baking. And be sure to label your pie as to what kind it is, and please cover it with plastic wrap.
Portal Rescue, an all volunteer organization, serves the Rodeo-Portal area for emergency medical needs. We get very little outside funding. Maintaining EMS and Fire fighting vehicles is costly, as is equipment and ongoing training. Your support and donations are some of the best investments you can make.
