Two bodies were found in two separate incidents between Bisbee and Douglas during the weekend, sheriff’s authorities said.

The body was face up and in advance stages of decomposition, Capas said.
The Cochise County Response Team retrieved the body and transported it to the Medical Examiners Office in Sierra Vista for an autopsy.
There is no foul play suspected at this time Capas said.
On Sunday, Aug. 10 at about 1:30 p.m. a pair hikers called the sheriff’s department about a dead body they had found at mile marker 3.9 on High Lonesome Road, near Bisbee.
The body was in the beginning stages of decomposition, Capas said. The body was determined to be male.
The body was transported to the Medical Examiners Office in Sierra Vista, where an autopsy will be performed to determine cause of death. There is no evidence of foul play.
