The following are sentencings in Cochise County Superior Court, as provided by the court system. The listings include disposition date, charge and sentence. “Monetary” can be a fine or restitution, or both.


• Eddie Adams, 24, Huachuca City, July 21: theft–control property, one year confinement in Department of Corrections.

• Christopher Anderson, 24, Sierra Vista, July 28: disorderly conduct, four days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and one year probation.

• Brian Mannie Blakley, 41, Bisbee, July 21: attempted marijuana–possess for sale, five years probation and monetary/public works service only.

• Darlene Boonie, 44, Willcox, July 28: drug paraphernalia violation, six days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and three years probation; and attempted failure to appear first degree, three years probation.

• Paul Brewer, 45, Sierra Vista, July 28: attempted sex offender–address/name change, one year six months confinement in Department of Corrections.

• Celso Corona, 52, Elfrida, July 21: possess/use weapon in drug offense and narcotic drug–possess/use, two years six months confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary.

• Amber Cretens, 20, Sierra Vista, July 21: attempted taking identity of another, three years probation; and attempted trafficking in stolen property, four years probation and monetary/public works service only.

• Clee Crumbley, 46, Willcox, July 25: marijuana–possess/use, monetary fine only; and violation of order issued by a peace officer, nine days confinement in Cochise County Jail.

• Oscar Manuel Galvez, 38, Tucson, July 3: attempted unlawful means of transportation, three years probation and monetary, public works service only.

• Alberto Garcia, 37, address unrecorded, July 28: burglary second degree, three years six months confinement in Department of Corrections.

• Megan Gasho, 18, Sierra Vista, July 28: drug paraphernalia violation, six days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and two years probation.

• Jessica Hurtado, 29, Sierra Vista, July 14: DUI–liquor/drugs/toxic vapors first degree, one day confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and one year probation.

• James Jaggers, 22, Sierra Vista, July 28: escape third degree, two years probation and monetary/public works service only.

• Joshua Leatherberry, 27, Sierra Vista, July 3: drug paraphernalia violation and leave accident scene–death of personal injury, 16 days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and three years probation.

• Toni Mayer, 21, Sierra Vista, July 21: attempted unlawful flight from pursuing law enforcement vehicle, two years probation and monetary/public works service only.

• Dale Ogren, 57, Hereford, July 25: drug paraphernalia violation, one year confinement in Department of Corrections; and dangerous drug–possess/use, two years six months confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary.

• Juan Quiroz, 43, Bisbee, July 25: attempted aggravated assault–deadly weapon/dangerous instrument, four years probation and monetary/public works service only.

• Jaysen Robles, 22, Phoenix, July 28: forgery–offers forged instrument, four years probation and monetary/public works service only.

• Elias Saucedo, 43, Douglas, July 25: DUI–liquor blood alchol content of 0.08 percent or more, two years six months confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary; and failure to appear first degree, one year confinement in Department of Corrections.

• Helena Savage, 33, homeless, July 25: drug paraphernalia violation, 71 days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and three years probation.

• Usef Simmons, 20, Sierra Vista, July 21: drug paraphernalia violation, three years probation; and drug paraphernalia violation, eight days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and two years probation.

• Aldo Torres, 22, Willcox, July 7: drug paraphernalia violation, eight days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and two years probation.

• Rosal Vasquez, 27, Tucson, July 28: attempted theft of means of transportation, two years confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary.

• Stephen Webb, 22, Pomerene, July 21: DUI–aggravated with driver license restriction first degree, 114 days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and five years probation.

• Jamison Williett, 35, Naco, July 28: custodial interference, six years five months confinement in Department of Corrections.

• Megan Zukowski, 22, Willcox, July 21: drug paraphernalia violation, one year probation and monetary/public works service only.
