On Sept. 18 at about 7:20 p.m. the department’s Special Response Team served a search warrant at 1306 E Avenue, Gonzalez said.
The warrants were intended for alleged narcotics and stolen property. The Special Response Team along with GIITEM and ICE agents helped serve the warrant. At the home, and through investigations, police found that Carrillo had the outstanding warrants for failure to appear.
Detectives seized various items from the home on suspicion of stolen property, along with evidence related to narcotics activity, Gonzalez said.
The investigation is continuing.
