Fundraiser for air show scheduled for Sunday, Sept. 21.

A fundraiser and buffet will be held at the Gadsden Hotel Sunday, Sept. 21. All proceeds will go to sponsor the Canadian Forces Snowbirds, an airshow scheduled for Oct 1.


The buffet will feature prime rib and champagne, said Robin Brekhus, the owner of the hotel.

There will also be different stations with pasta, salad, chicken, turkey, desserts, and of course, prime rib.

Music will be provided by Rudy Bernal.

Tickets will be $40 per person. The event will be held at the Gadsden Hotel lobby from noon to 3p.m.

The airshow will be at the Airport Park on Oct. 1 and parking will be on the dirt runoff on Geronimo Trail. The road will be closed to through traffic.
