" I want to know why juveniles get arrested and have to go through the court system when they are a "minor in consumption" BUT if they get caught crossing marijuana at the border, nothing happens to them if it is under 500lbs. Don't get me wrong, I believe the juvies should be held accountable for underage consumption but what is wrong with our legal system when this can happen but nothing when transporting illegal drugs? I dont get it. "
