• Lance Anderson, 28, Tucson, Aug. 18: criminal damage/deface; one year six months confinement in Department of Corrections.

• Latasha Ballou, 21, Sierra Vista, Aug. 15: admission tickets fraud; 116 days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and five years probation.

• Carlos Banuett, 29, Douglas, Aug. 22: two counts of attempted aggravated assault–deadly weapon/dangerous instrument; four years confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary on each count.

• Anita Boston, 47, Huachuca City, Aug. 15: theft–control property; 18 months probation and monetary/public works service only.

• Bruce Brown, 51, homeless, Aug. 15: two counts of address/name change–sex offender; five years six months confinement in Department of Corrections on each count.

• Dion Brown, 36, Pearce, Aug. 8: assault–intent/reckless/injure; 180 days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and three years probation.

• Dominque Carolina, 20, Sierra Vista, Aug. 11: credit card theft–obtain by fraudulent means; three years probation and monetary/public works service only; and fraudulent use of credit card; three years probation and monetary/public works service only.

• Micah Cody, 20, Willcox, Aug. 8: assault–intent/reckless/injure; thirteen days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and one year probation.

• Kevin Cummings, 43, Douglasville, Ga., Aug 4: attempted theft of means of transportation; two years six months confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary.

• Tyson Daniel, 34, Tucson, Aug. 22: attempted unlawful flight from pursuing law enforcement vehicle; one year six months confinement in Department of Corrections

• Christobal Diaz, 23, Sierra Vista, Aug. 11: aggravated assault; three years probation with monetary/public works service only.

• Yoandy Galvez, 25, Sierra Vista, Aug. 15: forgery–offers forged instrument; two years probation and monetary/public works service only.

• Josiah Hanes, 18, Sierra Vista, Aug. 25: fraudulent use of credit card; three years probation; attempted prohibited weapon–manufacture/possess/sell; three years probation and monetary/public works service only.

• Macken Hawkins, 46, homeless, Aug. 29: attempted unlawful means of transportation–control; 89 days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and three years probation; and theft–unauthorized service/property; 89 days confinement in Cochise County Jail.

• Michael Hernandez, 35, Sierra Vista, Aug. 12: sexual abuse; seven years six months confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary.

• Anthony Hodges, 28, Sierra Vista, Aug. 8: unlawful flight from pursuing law enforcement vehicle; one year six months confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary.

• Ronald Koch, 50, Elfrida, Aug. 18: attempted aggravated assault–deadly weapon/dangerous instrument; two years confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary.

• John Lanoza, 31, Sierra Vista, Aug. 15: two counts of threaten/intimidate with injury/damaged property; three years non-supervised probation on each count.

• John Lloyd, 43, Huachuca City, Aug. 15: disorderly conduct–weapon/instrument; three years probation and monetary/public works service only.

• David Lopez, 34, Sierra Vista, Aug. 4: theft–control property; 4 days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and one year probation.

• Karla Loreto, 27, Douglas, Aug. 4: taking the identity of another; two years six months confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary.

• Maria Martinez, 40, Bisbee, Aug. 25: theft–control stolen property; three years probation and monetary/Public Works Service only.

• Julio Mendoza, 48, Mexico, Aug. 8: attempted marijuana–transport and/or sell; two years six months confinement in Department of Corrections.

• Rafael Miranda, 35, Bisbee, Aug. 15: attempted sexual conduct with a minor; 10 years confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary.

• Christopher Moreno, 29, Douglas, Aug. 15: attempted DUI aggravated with driver license restriction first degree; 108 days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and three years probation.

• Michael Palmieri, 26, Sierra Vista, Aug. 15: drug paraphernalia violation; three years probation and monetary/public works service only.

• David Pate, 50, Huachuca City, Aug. 22: DUI aggravated with driver license restriction first degree; four months confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary and five years probation; and DUI–liquor blood alcohol content 0.08 percent or more first degree; four months confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary and five years probation.

• Isaac Perieda, 19, Douglas, Aug. 15: attempted burglary third degree–unlawful entry; 41 days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and three years probation.

• Anthony Peterson, 26, Douglas, Aug. 22: marijuana–possess/use; one year confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary.

• Ernesto Ramirez, 30, Douglas, Aug. 4: attempted marijuana transport and/or sell; one year six months confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary.

• Isidoro Ramirez, 27, Douglas, Aug. 4: attempted marijuana transport and/or sell; one year six months confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary.

• Christian Rangel, 26, Sierra Vista, Aug. 22: DUI liquor blood alcohol content 0.08 percent or more first degree; four months confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary and four years probation.
