• 12:15 a.m. — A Douglas man, 23, was charged with disorderly conduct/domestic violence.

• 8:48 a.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 25, was charged with DUI–drugs or metabolite.

• 9 a.m. — A Talpauciugo, Mexico, man, 30, was charged with a fugitive warrant.

• 2:53 p.m. — A Hereford female juvenile, 17, was charged with runaway juvenile.

• 4:50 p.m. — A Sierra Vista woman, 74, was charged with a fugitive warrant.

• 5:53 p.m. — An Elfrida man, 43, was charged with possess/use drug paraphernalia, no current registration, and driving with suspended/revoked/canceled license.

• 6:15 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 19, was charged with possess narcotic drug for sale, possess dangerous drug for sale, possess/use drug paraphernalia, reckless driving, fleeing a pursuing law enforcement vehicle, and driving with license suspended for failure to appear/failure to pay fine.

• 6:26 p.m. — An Elfrida man, 40, was charged with false report–cause agency to act, interfering with a judicial proceeding and a child support warrant.

• 8 p.m. — A Douglas man, 37, was charged with interfering with a judicial proceeding, assault, disorderly conduct, threatening or intimidating, and criminal damage.

• 9:23 p.m. — A Tucson woman, 27, was charged with interfering with a judicial proceeding and driving with suspended/revoked/canceled license.

Sept. 19

• 1:45 a.m. — A Douglas man, 49, was charged with possess/make/manufacture/deliver drug paraphernalia, possess/use narcotic drugs/ possess/use marijuana, and unlawful use of means of transportation.

• 9:10 a.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 76, was charged with a fugitive warrant.

• 1:52 p.m. — A Willcox man, 56, was charged with possess/use drug paraphernalia and possess/use dangerous drugs.

• 2 p.m. — A Benson man, 34, was charged with intentional injury to another and fighting/disruptive behavior.

• 3:11 p.m. — A Douglas man, 23, was charged with interfering with a judicial proceeding, failure to appear first degree, and driving with suspended/revoked/canceled license.

• 4:11 p.m. — A Hereford man, 43, was charged with fighting/disruptive behavior.

• 4:34 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 42, was charged with probation violation, failure to appear second degree, DUI–alcohol/drugs/toxic vapors, failure to show drivers license or ID, and driving with license suspended for failure to appear/failure to pay fine.

• 2:30 a.m. — A Tucson man, 42, was charged with disorderly conduct/domestic violence and intentional injury/domestic violence.

• 2:30 a.m. — A Tucson woman, 29, was charged with fighting/disruptive behavior and intentional injury to another.

• 5:02 a.m. — A Tombstone man, 65, was charged with judicial proceeding–disobey mandate.

• 9:22 a.m. — A Dragoon man, 41, was charged with a fugitive warrant.

• 9:24 a.m. — A Willcox man, 18, was charged with assault/domestic violence, making an unreasonable noise, and fighting/disruptive behavior.

• 9:47 a.m. — A Sierra Vista woman, 42, was charged with intentional injury/domestic violence.

• 10:15 a.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 44, was charged with disorderly conduct/domestic violence, criminal damage/domestic violence, and preventing the use of a telephone in an emergency.

• 3:30 p.m. — A Douglas man, 19, was charged with violation of promise to appear.

• 5:12 p.m. — A Bisbee man, 26, was charged with fighting/disruptive behavior.

• 5:43 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 57, was charged with violation of promise to appear.

• 6:31 p.m. — A Benson woman, 36, was charged with child abuse and aggravated assault–child under 15.

Sept. 21

• 2:15 a.m. — A Douglas man, 44, was charged with DUI–alcohol/drugs/toxic vapors, aggravated DUI–DUI while suspended for DUI, driving with license suspended for failure to appear/failure to pay fine, and failure to stop after striking an unattended vehicle.

• 3:30 a.m. — A Douglas man, 40, was charged with failure to appear first degree and a child support warrant.

• 4:22 a.m. — A Goodyear man, 36, was charged with aggravated DUI–DUI while suspended for DUI and having an open container.
