Office moves from the One Stop/1000 Building and the 600 Building on the Douglas Campus of Cochise College have been in the works for some time.

The majority of personnel in the 1000 Building are being relocated to the 700 Building, and classes that have been meeting in the 600 Building are being relocated.

Maintenance and the Information Technology Department anticipate having things up and running by about Wednesday, Oct. 15.

TRiO/AvanZando, the MISSL Lab, the Transition Program, and the Early Childhood Education staff are now located in the Student Union.

The Cash Office, Financial Aid, Admissions/Registration, Recruiting, Testing/Tutoring, Advising/Counseling, Career Services, and CTEPS program are in the process of moving to the 700 Building. Phone numbers are expected to remain the same.

The 1000 and 600 Buildings are being cleared so they can be renovated as part of the master facilities plan. The plan calls for construction of a new Science Building, Career and Technical Education Building, townhome-style Residence Halls, and Housing & Student Life Building, as well as major renovations to the Student Services area and Little Theatre.
