Obama rally brings out crowd

The chant for Barack Obama could be heard through the traffic and across Castro Park on 10th Wednesday afternoon.


With bullhorn in hard, Arizona State Senator, District 16, Leah Landrum-Taylor, said that Obama did not want anyone to be left out. And as a result, the Obama Tour Bus had visited Bisbee, Douglas and Sierra Vista.

“There is an energy when you mention Barrack Obama, everywhere you go,” Landrum-Taylor said, which raised cheers from the more than 80 Cochise County residents that attended, several of them waving Obama signs.

The Obama Bus Tour aims to visit 50 cities in five week in Arizona.

“With Obama, no one will be forgotten,” she said.

On Nov. 4, Arizonans will cast their vote for either Republican John McCain or Democrat Barack Obama.
