Cochise County Sheriff’s Report

The following are arrests made by the Cochise County Sheriff’s Office and other city agencies, including the Sierra Vista and Bisbee police departments, and some were booked into the Cochise County Jail.


Nov. 3

• 1:57 p.m. — A Douglas man, 27, was charged with unlawful use of means of transportation.

• 6:30 p.m. — A Douglas man, 41, was charged with two counts of disorderly conduct/domestic violence, assault/domestic violence, and criminal damage/domestic violence.

• 8:35 p.m. — A St. David man, 63, was charged with interfering with a judicial proceeding.

• 9:15 p.m. — A Sierra Vista woman, 20,w as charged with possess/furnish liquor to a minor.

• 9:36 p.m. — A Sierra Vista woman, 31, was charged      with possess/use dangerous drugs, possess/use drug paraphernalia, and driving with suspended/revoked/cancelled license.

• 10:45 p.m. — A Douglas man, 59, was charged with interfering with a judicial proceeding/domestic violence.

Nov. 4

• 2 a.m. — A Willcox man, 21, was charged with fighting/disruptive behavior. He was released.

• 2:30 a.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 24, was charged with DUI-alcohol/drugs/toxic vapors, failing to stop on peace officer command, failure to appear second degree, driving with license suspended for failure to appear/failure to pay fine, and having an open container.

• 2:40 a.m. — A Willcox woman, 44, was charged with disorderly conduct, failure to appear 1st degree, and failure to appear second degree.

• 9:57 a.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 44, was charged with falsely making a written instrument, theft–deprive of property and theft–obtain by misrepresentation.

• 10:16 a.m. — A Douglas man, 55, was charged with domestic violence. He was released.

• 6:45 p.m. — A Douglas man, 35, was charged with recklessly handling/discharging a weapon, threatening/domestic violence, and disorderly conduct/domestic violence.

• 9:45 p.m. — A Tucson man, 19, was charged with DUI–alcohol/drugs/toxic vapors, DUI-0.10 or more alcohol concentrate, and possess spirituous liquor under 21.

• 10:47 p.m. — A Bisbee man, 41, was charged with possess/use marijuana, possess marijuana for sale, and transportation of marijuana for sale.

• 10:47 p.m. — A Naco man, 18, was charged with possess marijuana for sale, possess/use marijuana, and transportation of marijuana for sale.

• 11:48 p.m. — A Tucson man, 24, was charged with possess/sell/manufacture narcotic  drug.

• 11:52 p.m. — A Naco man, 24, was charged with false report to law enforcement agency and probation violation.

Nov. 5

• 9:20 a.m. — A Guanajuato, Mexico, man, 21, was charged with a fugitive warrant.

• 10:46 a.m. — A Douglas man, 34, was charged with possess/use drug paraphernalia.

• 12:42 p.m. — A Sierra Vista woman, 50, was charged with possess/make/manufacture/deliver drug paraphernalia, possess/use dangerous drugs, and possess/use marijuana.

• 1:15 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 30, was charged with bond exoneration.

• 3:50 p.m. — A Tucson man, 36, was charged with a Department of Corrections parole violation.

• 6:29 p.m. — A Pirtleville    man, 24, was charged with disorderly conduct/domestic violence.

• 9:27 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 52, was charged with criminal damage/domestic violence.

• 9:45 p.m. — A Pirtleville man, 19, was charged with possess spirituous liquor under 21.

• 10:10 p.m. — A Sierra Vista man, 31, was charged with possess/use drug paraphernalia and possess/use marijuana.

• 10:23 p.m. — A Fort Worth, Texas, man, 19, was charged with DUI–drugs or metabolite and DUI–alcohol/drugs/toxic vapors.

• 11:36 p.m. — A Sierra Vista woman, 19, was charged with possess/furnish liquor to a minor and possess spirituous liquor under 21.

• 11:58 p.m. — A Sierra Vista woman, 23, was charged with recklessly handling/discharging a weapon and fighting/disruptive behavior.
