November 12, 2008 ARRESTS Bill Eric Brown 6-23-79 was arrested at the 1000 block of 1st St. on two warrants. The first warrant was out of Benson PD for Failure to Comply with Court Order on Possession of Marijuana and the second was out of DPS for Failure to Comply with Court Order on Possession of Marijuana. Ray Miramontes Jr. 9-3-89 was arrested at the 1000 block of B Avenue for Underage Consumption and Theft of beer from Express Stop. Erik Barrios 7-30-90 was arrested at the 1000 block of B Avenue for Underage Consumption and Conspiracy to Commit Theft of beer at Express Stop.
