Holistic Healing and Wellness Center offers full range of healthcare

   Dr. Jay D. and Dora Zamora provide alternative healing options for Douglas residents at their Holistic Healing and Wellness Center, located at 614 N. G Avenue.


   The center is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 3 to 6 p.m. and provides chiropractic service, acupuncture, Chinese  herbal medicine and nutrition consultation.

   The breakdown of the services includes:

   √ Chiropractic service -Diversified, Thompson, Impulse Adjuster Techniques, Interferential  Muscle Stimulation, Ultrasound, Myofascial Release Technique (MRT)  and Rehabilitation.

   √ Acupuncture services - Acupuncture/Auricular Acupuncture, Electric Acupuncture, Cupping, Gwa Sha, Moxibustion and Chinese Herb.

   √ Nutritional Services - Nutritional Consultation, Biotics Nutritional Products, Ortho-Molecular Nutritional Products, Douglas Labs Nutritional Products, and Doctors for Nutrition products.

   “We provide you with a complete system of healthcare that focuses on restring, preserving and optimizing health by natural hands on care that does not use drugs or surgery,” said owner Jay D. Zamora.

   Dr. Zamora was born and raised in Douglas. He graduated from Douglas High School in 1996 and earned a bachelor of science degree in microbiology with a minor in chemistry. He also has a Masters of Science degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, Doctorate degree in Chiropractic medicine, and is Board Certified and Arizona licensed.
